Kim is always smiling and friendly, and who doesn't love that? I've come to recognize her, and love when she waits on me. I would however, like to recognize another employee, Joe. I was looking around when he offered without my asking if he could help me find anything. I loved that! And I told him so. These 2 employees are truly wonderful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I made a last minute stop here at 8 am today, Christmas Eve, for holiday pajamas for my little one. The cashier (I didn’t get their name unfortunately, I only know they’re a morning person), was very pleasant and friendly, even so early and while working a holiday that I’m sure they’d rather be home for. As someone who has come to expect subpar customer service since moving to the Midwest, this was a very very welcomed way to start my holiday (and morning, as I am not, a morning person).

I left my phone in the store. I thought omg its $1850.00 new phone I thought it's gone I went to my daughter's and called my phone they answered my phone and said Kohls I was unbelievably happy the lady that found it her Chelsea Kimg I can't thank her enough

The young lady at the checkout was very helpful and with a positive attitude, you can tell she loves her job.

Thanks you, Lupita, for making our day really special! Sunday afternoon, took my 14 year old granddaughter birthday shopping to Kohl's Woodhaven for a specific pair of pants she wanted. We found them but no size small. Flagged down an employee, Lupita, asked if there might be another place to look. First she checked & saw there was just one size small showing in inventory. She asked us to wait while she checked as they could have been misplaced in another dept or in return inventory. About 10 min later, she found them! I know that many retail stores are short-handed and so appreciate Lipita's kindness & willingness to go the extra mile! Thank you!

I love all of their clothes and shoes, and there up to date in the trends. They have very large clearance sections for all of the different clothing.

I went to Kohl's to return some shoes I bought from Amazon. They hurt my feet. The Store Staff was Extremely pleasant and professional. I can't say Good enough about my experience with this Store . It was very clean and orderly. I would recommend this store to anyone. I hope this helps.

Woodhaven, Michigan Kohls has the best employee! I have been shopping at various Kohls stores for many years, so I have had a lot of interactions with Kohl's employees. Lena is: kind, attentive, eager to help, hard working and is knowledgable about "everything Kohls!" Visit and see for yourself!

Came here on Christmas Eve, looking for some additional last minute gifts, and was not disappointed. I was thankful that the store was open, to accommodate my Christmas needs. I had an email with a coupon for 30% off my entire purchase, plus $10.00 in Kohl's Cash. I found lots of great deals on the things that I needed for my Family, and even bought a few things for myself. All of the Staff were very helpful and friendly, despite it being later in the day on Christmas Eve. I always find the things that I am looking for, and even things that I didn't expect to find. Great store! I'll be a repeat customer for years to come

Something new is coming! They have the middle of the store sealed off and it's under construction as of 4/26/22. The rest of the store is open. And by the way, they have the best fitting rooms. Large and spacious with hooks and mirrors in all the right places. And, if the item you tried on doesn't fit, you toss it in the "go back" bin just outside your fitting room door... and off you go.

Donovan is always sooo friendly along with all of the staff always.

I returned an Amazon purchase, and the customer service was outstanding! I had not a clue what to do, but the lovely Lady walked me through the steps. I will absolutely bring my returns there again. Oh, I shop there to for my boys, but not for plus size clothes.
