Great customer service. Accurate eyeglass prescription. Good selection of frames. Accepts some discount vision insurance programs. I’ve gotten many compliments on the eyeglasses they helped me to select.

I called SVS in a panic because I broke my glasses and my old pair was giving me a headache. The receptionist made me an appointment for a few weeks and added me to a cancelation list, she called back and I had an appointment for 6 the same day! I was so grateful and thankful. The eye exam went quickly, the gentleman who helped me showed me great pairs of glasses in my price range. He also somehow put back together my absolutely mangled glasses! This location has a great team of people and I am so happy with the service I received.

Shout out to Bobby! He was very helpful in finding glasses for myself and daughter. Front desk staff is always very friendly. Also a shout out to— I hate to point her out like this— but pregnant one with brown hair and glasses! She helped me with frames for my son. Thanks everyone! A+

The staff at SVS Vision Woodhaven were SO kind and helpful. The doctor was super cool. And the whole process was easy peasy. They had an awesome selection of affordable frames. And they were very patient with my 4 year old son, and they fitted his glasses perfectly. I highly recommend SVS Vision.

The doctor was so nice and listened to all my concerns and what was going on with eyes and my sons. Then when picking out my glasses Megan was phenomenal! She helped me pick out the best glasses for my face and sunglasses too! She rocked! I will definitely be staying with SVS vision on west rd!

Everyone was very professional and helped me in a timely manner. They really cater to you and make sure you find the glass that you would like to have. And I give them a ten! I left there on cloud nine!

After a really bad experience at a local optometrist, I booked an appointment here for a do-over.......and I'm SO glad I did! The staff and the optometrist were professional and friendly and made me feel like I had been a patient there for years.
