I was fortunate enough to have Hallie Minch address my phone problems today at TMobile. She is excellent at her job and polite and professional at the same time. I would apply it if you would recognize her for going “over and beyond “ in her duties. Excellent employee!!

My phone number was ported without my consent. I spent about 6 hours on the phone with customer care... obviously not from my own phone, because I had no phone number to use it! I got nowhere. The run around was incredibly frustrating. My number was now attached to a track phone in Florida and my bank account, email, and other services has been hacked. I was sent to a brick and mortar store, so I went to Woodhaven because I've always received great service here. At first there the team didn't think there was much they could do and I would have to try going back to customer care. Zach wouldn't let me leave without a better number to the fraud department. As he researched, he reached out to other colleagues for assistance. He was able to get me a temporary number, while the fraud team recovered my actual number. I am so relieved that Zack took this task on and solved it. I highly recommend this team!

I had to visit T Mobile to get a cracked phone screen replaced as well as have a new SIM inserted to upgrade from Sprint to T Mobile. Krista greeted me warmly and jumped right in to help. She was extremely knowledgeable about her products.She found that only my screen protector was scratched so I did not need a new screen thankfully. She kept me informed of everything she was doing each step of the way. Krista was pleasant and extremely easy to talk to. I have been to this site many times as I have been a Sprint customer since 1994. I always hated going because of the long wait times and mostly inexperienced workers who had no type of business sense or interest in helping solve a problem. This was by far the best interaction I’ve had at this site. I am so happy with my new screen saver and phone case. Krista also was able to get my phone back to my original settings that I had been having problems with. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

To make a long story short...I needed to have someone figure out why my phone kept saying I needed a Sim card when my phone has a Sim card already installed. Thanks to Sprint customer service they are no help at all! Thanks to Krista over at TMOBILE and her great customer service by informing me what the problem really was and going over and beyond to make sure I was getting the most from my service made my day! Thanks Krista for your excellent customer service.

So, I’ve been trying to get my tablet replaced/repaired since before Christmas of 2021. Tired of Sprint phone customer service I visited the Woodhaven store on 02/11/22 just before closing. The entire staff was just amazing. My claim was put in correctly and I just felt a huge sigh of relief lifted from me. Thank you Woodhaven staff for going above and beyond☺

Went to this location while visiting my parents over the holidays to change over the phones we got them for Christmas. I've never seen a store so busy. Was greeted at the door and got checked in had to wait in our vehicle (this was much appreciated since we were visiting from Oklahoma and couldn’t risk getting sick since we would be traveling home)

While in the store, my family had to wait in the car while Don transferred over the information. Don was personable and I appreciated how much attention to detail the employees paid when it came to covid-19. The store wasn’t very big, but they were socially distancing, wiping stuff down constantly and limiting the number of people in the store.

I had to go back 1 time because one of the phones wasn’t receiving calls but they fixed it without making me wait in line again.

I wish I had a store like this in Oklahoma to visit and appreciate T-Mobile for how well we were treated!

Signed up because of great Tmobile deals. Stayed because of great knowledgeable staff. Yep, these was a half hour + wait in these times, But I changed to a complicated new phone I didn't buy from them without a hitch. Well Done !

I recently had an insurance claim on a defective phone. Mary Ann was a great asset in getting the issue resolved.

Insurance on my older phone paid off, the tech, he went above & beyond fixing my cracked screen.
Yes there was a waiting list & then the repair time, but people don't realize if you want the job done right you have to have patience.
I have been to this store b4 for new phones, questions & they have surpassed any other Sprint store north of Woodhaven.

Anytime I've ever had a problem, the employees at the wood haven sprint store has sent me away with a smile. Excellent customer service, minimal wait times, and the techs make everything make sense to me. I send everybody I know that's on sprint to this store, even if they're a few cities over and they never go to another store again. I wish more businesses had this kind of service.

They’ve been good to me the workers are responsible for the service interruptions.

Loved their customer service. My mother unfortunately locked her phone and was not able to access it with her password. We took her phone in and the manager was quick to unlock it and fix the issue. I will admit that there was a wait and Just when I was starting to feel impatient, the manager Risto apologized and explained that they were short staffed and have been working on hiring more employees. Overall it was a good experience, and I recommend this store.

It was a great experience. The mobile tech Krista Grundman helped a die hard android fan start loving the iPhone!😉. She was very friendly and helpful. I left feeling better about the changes!

Went into the Woodhaven store earlier this morning. Darren helped me with an emergency. Darren went above and beyond with his help. He was very kind and caring and helped me resolve the problem with my phone very quickly. He is surely an asset to this store. Wishing him all the best.
