Very friendly and has rice bowl that is full of vegetables but not meat! A healthy fast food

Not gonna lie, the wait was really long for the drive thru, but the employees can't help the short staff situation. The food though, best tbell I've ever had.

I made a mistake on my kiosk order and they remade my meal without charging me and added in a bag of cinna twists on the house. The worker and the manger were very helpful and friendly about my error and making it right.

Service here is consistent everyone is polite and my order has always been correct and comes out pretty fast even at lunch rush.

The Fiesta veggie burrito is the best item on the menu. Lately this drive through has been extra speedy, less than 3 minutes from pull up to pull out.

My man working the drive through window last night around midnight. He made my night awesome not only did he create an awesome experience (even if it’s just Taco Bell) he was enjoying himself while he worked. He was truly happy. great nighttime crew, stopped after my evening shift around 11:30pm. guy working the window was so friendly, and my food was out INSTANTLY which I was surprised by seeing as I had ordered an item that usually takes a few minutes to drop and pull from fryer. fantastic team :)

One of the best Taco Bells I've been to. They have occasionally thrown in free cinnamon twists, a free drink, etc. When I ask for extra fire sauce, they load me up with it. They are friendly, generous, and do a great job preparing the food. I've never had to wait long, orders are always correct and assembled well.

I honestly don't like taco bell, but when my friends want it, this is the one we go to. The manager is always so funny, and the employees are incredibly nice. Nick was super funny and took our order super quickly. Always have a great time here.

Inflation got you down? Grab yourself a $5 meal deal and live the good life with the rest of us degenerates. Want some onions on that $2 burrito? No charge! A pile of Diablo sauce? Free99 good sir!
You might get more nutritional value from cardboard but there’s nothing like a piping hot burrito at 1am washed down with a Baja blast to really kick that insulin into high gear.

Consistently happy and courteous employees! Even during the pandemic when they are slammed at the drive thru, they are still super friendly at this taco bell. That might not sound like much for a fast food place, but when you've had a rough day and you just want a taco, it's a real nice bonus to get it from someone who is cheerful and kind.

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but I can’t get the Taco Bell survey to work, so wanted to do a little shout out here. The manager at this location is AWESOME. Friendly, helpful, quick… always brightens our day. Amazing dude that keeps us going here over any other location.

Came through at midnight to get a late night snack expecting to be a pain in everyones night when the happiest man started talking on the loud speaker and then made my food faster than ever please give this man a raise

There are few places where I get treated like the belle of the ball but every time I go here for those late night cravings, I'm spoiled. The manager is super friendly and always hooks me up with some desert like freebie at the drive through. I can't say I've interacted with many of the other staff, but I'm sure they're just as friendly. Love this place. I'm surprised they haven't remodeled the interior yet though, considering they've been there for so many years but I'm sure everyone my age loves the nostalgia of dinning here since it brings up old high school memories.

As others have stated, Carlos is a super great guy. He is the hero that other fast food resaraunts desperately need. When he's not working service is generally pretty great though. I've been coming to this location for years, never really had a bad experience, but sometimes it does get a bit busy and can take some time to go though the drive through.

Not a huge fan of taco Bell but you cant beat a $5 meal. The best thing about Taco Bell in Plymouth is the manager, Carlos. This guy is always friendly and goes out of his way to make the customers feel good, he wastes no time taking your orders, always is in a great mood. If you have a bad day you can always go see Carlos and he can change your outlook to keep a positive good attitude. Great, quiet place, fast service.
