Chipotle Mexican Grill

The team at this establishment is truly exceptional! It is one of my favorite Chipotle locations. However, I did witness a worker make a mistake with a burrito during an online order, resulting in the entire burrito being discarded. The burrito was filled with meat and all the other ingredients. I couldn't help but wonder if instead of throwing away a perfectly made burrito, it could have been given to a deserving customer. This is just a suggestion for consideration in the future as it hurt seeing so much waste.

I am impressed with the staff at this location. I usually come around 2 o’clock and the staff are younger kids that are very polite and friendly. My order is always correct. And it is clean inside.

Hidden gem! The portions are substantial, they are well staffed, all of the ingredients are fresh and the meat isn’t gristle-y. They made an error with an order and remade it instantly. Also gave me a huge portion of guacamole to make up for it.

Had a great experience today so I thought I'd just say that Chipotle is delicious & generally consistently tasty. I LOVE the steak burrito

The food and service are as good as any other chipotle. Its a nice location with a good view of the town from the outdoor patio. The only complaint would be the few parking spaces, and extremely busy location.

This place always seems busy! The staff has always been polite and nice when I have been in. The portions have not been shorted like another store in the area. I will keep coming back to this one.

This is a nice chipotle, consistent food and service. The parking lot here is really a mess, you are always almost running into someone trying to get in and out of it.

Rarely go here because of the negative comments, but today had probably the best burrito bowl from any chipotle. Tried to call and provide the feedback, but it’s only an automated person for ordering… too bad I can’t share my positive experience directly with the location!

Not usually here for lunch on a weekday and i am plesantly surprised. The line went very fast with great customer service by Trey. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. The ice machined ran out and was filled immediately when i brought it the Trey's attention.

Chicken cooked perfectly and chips were great.
This location continues to value and train employees. Obviously a great leader at the helm in Tony. Thanks.

This location is pretty good. Haven't had any issues really. Only issue was during strict COVID Lock down. The organization of order fulfillment was pretty bad.

Beyond that, I always love the fresh, crisp, amazing flavor of Chipotle! These guys rock.

Very impressive experience. After all the bad press, this location clearly has stepped up their game. The line was long but moved quickly. The service was friendly and efficient. My fully loaded carnitas bowl was very well constructed with some of the better carnitas and veggies I've ever eaten at any Chipotle. Washed down with a Corona and lime, lunch doesn't get much better. The place was being constantly cleaned and stocked by an employee who asked how my meal was. 5 stars for sure. Great job guys!

I have always had good food from Chipotle and at this location. They have a decent amount of seating inside and some outside seating in the summer. They have a good variety of meats and you can choose a bowl of rice, a salad, or a traditional burrito. I actually enjoy the salad as it's not as filling as having the huge burrito. It is always good eating.

Today was sad, I heard customers outside. Saying that if they leave a bad review they will give you free food. Has far as comments. . . we are in a crisis! Chipotle has been on of the best restaurants to keep things under control for sure. Considering I deliver food for a lot of restaurants. Now isnt the time to act entitled and privileged. Now is the time to support our stores and show respect or even appreciation. So now at least if you get a bad review you onow it's just because they want free food. The second guy confirmed he will leave a bad review on your website by filling out a form just for the free food. You guys do amazing especially when it comes to customer service and we all know the food is bomb!

So for those who are complaining about the quality and speed of our service, please understand that we are understaffed with a huge turnover occasionally, and with our new manager, we should get much better as his expectations soak in. Furthermore, we do like to reflect on the customers based on how we think they'll treat us. We have things to fix, I understand, but if you don't take into consideration on how we are struggling to keep up with our short staff, we aren't going to be 100% all the time, and as much as we don't want to knowingly disappoint anybody, we just need the people. The training is through, and regardless, the expectation is the same. So I apologize to those who haven't had good service here, but please understand that we ARE trying the best we can.

The staff here is fantastic and very friendly. They are constantly keeping this place clean, so you know they care. The food is fresh and they make sure they do it right for you. I love coming here and yes, they do know my name . Not all Chipotles are like this one! They are my favorite one.

I sent my order to the wrong Chipotle and then came here to pick it up. I made the mistake, but they offered to make the order here so I could have it fresh. Great experience! Efficient staff! Will definitely continue to come to this Chipotle.
