Street Cycles has been a dream to work with, easily the best dealership I've ever been to. The process of going in and looking at the bike I was interested in through the process of buying it was the easiest one I have ever had. Duane and Peter really know their stuff when it comes to BMW motorcycles and answered every question I had and were very friendly and approachable. The service department has also been great, always doing their best to get my bike in and back out on the road in a timely manner. Street Cycles should be your first stop when looking for a new or used motorcycle. You feel welcomed and wanted there, not something I can say for other dealerships I've done business with. Even if they don't have what you're looking for, you won't be sorry you stopped in.

No sales pressure. Old school 'customer first' mentality. I bought my BMW s1000rr two years ago off the sales room floor. I was treated with excitement and respect the moment I walked in wearing dirty work cloths. That same day a salesman at a different Suzuki dealer (where I purchased my new gsxs-1000 two years before) treated me like a dark ages peasant TELLING me to be careful of the paint and walking away from me in arrogant frustration when I said I was just here to feel out the bike ergonomics. I said the same thing at street cycles and Peter was excited to ask questions to understand my needs to better assist my decision. I have since needed help from the service department for general maintenance, parts and a lost key. I also needed some help from the business department when working with BMW on a small maintenance recall. The service I have received has been top notch. Everyone at street cycles has been very happy to help and answer all my questions with a smile.I can genuinely say that street cycles cares for their clients with with all respect, care and quality of service they possibly can!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I have been to many dealers and owned different brand bikes in the past but getting my bmw from street cycle was the best experience yet. They were able to answer the many questions I had and didn't try to push me into any that was not needed. Driving almost 3 hours and passing many other dealerships was worth it. Thank you guys.

Urgently needed tires to get me home (totally underestimated the tread depth when I left home 5 days earlier). They fit me in so I could make it to my final destination. Prices are reasonable and they also have a good selection of gear. Highly recommend!

Heard good things about the place, and despite a long drive scheduled my R18 for its 6K maintenance. I can only say good things about them, from their honesty (no, didn't need the air filter; no, the trans oil change can wait..so rather than JUST doing what was listed actually checked if it is needed.), reasonable turn around time, and very reasonable cost.
I will not hesitate recommending, and I will make the two hour drive to get my bike serviced.

Was passing through on my way back to Nebraska. Needed an oil change and a rear tire. Street Cycles took care of me! Great service and an extremely knowledgeable staff, with fair prices to boot. I recommend this shop without any reservation at all.

Peter in sales was outstanding to work with and absolutely no pressure selling. My brother and I were so impressed by him that we both purchased a motorcycle. The whole business as a whole is top notch including Wayne the owner and Stephanie in finance. Honesty, integrity, and friendly is the best way to describe them. Street Cycles is the best!!

Outstanding experience with a knowledgeable and zero pressure sales team. Peter gave me all the information I could need and I made a special trip back to pick up a bike I’m very happy with. Couldn’t recommend more, just wish I knew about these folks the last time I was in the market for a bike!

I'd passed this location a few times, and decided to stop in to visit today. Great location, quality selection of gear and amazing motorcycles in stock. Peter was fantastic about sharing knowledge and info on the lineup and offered feedback and helped my understanding of the nature of different series bikes and their purpose. They have a great community connection and I felt welcomed, even getting to chat with another patron who had returned from a test drive.

Purchased my first bike from Duane and his team. Great experience. Large selection of bikes, including the BMW I wanted.They helped me pick out the right bike, helmet and gear. Answered my questions and helped make the whole process easy and fun. Stephanie handled all the finances like a pro. Highly highly recommend Street Cycles.

Broke down 14 miles from them while on a motorcycle trip from West Virginia. The owner towed me to the shop and had my stator and regulator fixed and me continuing my trip the next day. Wasn't cheap but the service was good and fast. The people were friendly. Glad they were there to help..

This is a great local dealership. They carry BMW and Suzuki. They always have a good selection of both. Very easy to work with for sales and service. Super laid back and helpful if you are new to motorcycling, or if you have been riding forever. Everyone I have worked with there knows what they are talking about. Seriously, if you need something motorcycle related, start here.

I recently had my EL250 serviced at Street Cycles and I came away super impressed by the quality, speed, and friendliness of the service department there. They were able to do the repair on the day they said they would which I found awesome since most bike shops take your ride and 'get to it when they can.' My bike was also a little tricky to do the repair/parts swap and a rare bike they don't see often. Street Cycle happily welcomed my business and got me running without overcharging me when they have every opportunity to do so. Go in and see Dwayne in the service department. He'll check your ride out right there and get you fixed up and on your way with a smile.

Terrific customer service. Went to get riding boots, tank bags, gloves etc... I was treated very attentively and prompt. Extra effort on their part to help me research and purchase the correct items. Highly recommend 👌

Duane is the best! Busier than a one-arm juggler but really takes care of us customers.

I came into Street Cycles in an emergency unannounced with an axle in one hand, an a hand full of new parts in the other. I explained I had begun an emergency repair in which fell beyond my means as a mechanic. Duane and Steve jumped to occasion and fixed my issue 100% in just a couple hours! And at a great price. I would give 6 stars if I could. Absolutely satisfied and ecstatic. Thanks a bunch guys for fitting me into your tight schedual.

The best service, ever, very kind people and the owner is the best, we have to change the oil of my bike on a trip and they know exactly how to treat us, how do we feel not to delay our group. A very big hug for all the street cycles team.

I brought my 2019 Suzuki Gsxr 750 in for its first break in inspection and oil change. They did a phenomenal job. I left there shop with a well maintained motorcycle and zero scratches were left on the motorcycle which shows they care about your motorcycle as much as you do. I recommend them 110 percent!
