McDonald's

This McDonald's has always been consistent. Every time my daughter and I go. The workers are always polite and super friendly and we always have a great experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Each visit here I've been greeted by very polite staff, accompanied by great & fast service. The employees are always friendly & accommodating. The food has always been warm to hot & fresh. I don't typically eat out at fast food joints, but I WILL come here again next time fast food is the only or easier option. Thank you to the Mc'Crew here that makes each interaction there a positive one+++

I like it because when I use the screens they always get the order right 🥳 but sometimes when I go through the drive thru it isn’t correct.😭

The Falmouth McDonald's is always on point. The service is fast and friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. I go almost daily for my morning coffee and a breakfast sandwich and the quality is consistent. Keep up the good work, we appreciate you!

for once, the air conditioning is well regulated and doesn't freeze to the bones, just as the music is at a reasonable volume. The order was served very quickly. the restaurant is much cleaner than many are. Alright!

The staff was very nice. An employee spit in my McFlurry. In the moment I was disgusted, upon taking my first bite, I was delighted. It felt like my veins were being injected with warm juice. 10/10 the best McFlurry I ever had.

Visited 12/31 around 2:00. Had a minor issue which was quickly resolved with the utmost professionalism by manager and staff. Having once worked a similar job many years ago, I know how thankless this work can be. It's important to applaud integrity and hard work when you see it. I sincerely appreciate the manager and staff on duty today and hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Tonight my girlfriend made a mobile order for two apple pies for this location. we waited in the spot for a minute and a nice young man came outside and he said “hey, I’m sorry for the disappointment but we have no apple pies and no chocolate milk” but he brought regular milk and some blueberry pies, offered us free bakery item coupons and said if we came back in a few minutes he would have the pies ready. We came back and he (I think he said his name was Nick?) gave us two Hot apple pies and didn’t charge us! I just want to express how much I appreciate him going above and beyond. You can just tell he does a good job and is thorough, He also has exceptional customer service skills! Thank you (Nick?) and the woman working tonight as well, you both were awesome and I hope you are paid well.

The employees here are top notch, I got rear ended in the drive through of this McDonald’s and the manager on duty (I believe) paid for my meal for me! I wish I got your name to give you a shout out, but l hope you’ll see this, it was a really sweet gesture and meant a lot, thank you being so kind 😊

It's mcdonalds but price wise it's too expensive to get a meals that's just me

The food was cold. But I ordered it through Grubhub and the food arrived 45 minutes late and was cold. I have no idea what the driver was doing but I watched him sit in McDonalds for about 30 minutes. Not counting the time he took driving to McDonalds. He kept driving the wrong way and would have to turn around and head in the right direction. Sorry McDonald's it wasn't your fault.

Nice friendly staff. We visited with our 15 month old grandson. A very polite employee acknowledged us saying hello and making small talk. He subsequently returned with a toy for the baby which he loved. Thankyou for a great visit. It's nice to see people that really enjoy there job.

Tried out order by the app. Easy smooth ordering, went straight to the parking area for online orders, less than 5 minutes later a nice employee came out with my order. The drive thru line was huge (given lunch rush) I was in and out quick and the food was great.

Newly renovated (summer 2018) so service was excellent. It has a touch screen kiosk inside where you place the order and pay for it without having to stand in line. Very convenient, and you know your order is placed exactly the way you want it. I don't do McDonald's often, but I will definitely go back to this one.

Great feel to this updated location. Home feel, and little ottomans in some booths. Pop music was a little loud this morning through the restaurant speakers, but I could be more old fashioned in the sense that I want to actually HEAR the person sitting next me.

I REALLY APPRECIATE THE GREAT FOOD ITEMS THAT HELP ME FEED WITH STYLE, GRACE AND ECONOMY

Tastes like every other McDonald's, if your in town and want the taste of your home town McDonald's this will hit the spot. Might I suggest getting chicken nuggets with the hot mustard dipping sauce paired with french fries and enjoying an ice cold half lemonade half Sprite. Dine in or take out you will not be disappointed with the above suggestion.

I, as well as my wife and two young kids, travel a lot and McDonalds is very convenient for us. That said, I have been to MANY locations across the US. This particular experience at the drive through was one of the best and quality experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Everything we ordered was fresh, hot, and correct. The soda was nice and “crispy”, the fries were salted to perfection, the nuggets were perfectly fried, and my “add Mac sauce” cheeseburger was so delicious. Good job Falmouth McDonald’s!!!
