Last time I was here it was hot outside and I mean HOT. But then I went here and it was cool

Slurpee was liquid and limited selection of soda. Cashier friendly

Went in for a quick snack. They have a 2 slices of pizza and a Big Gulp for $3 deal going on. There was only 1 really old crusty pizza slice left in the display case. I told the cashier that I wanted 2 slices because I wanted the $3 deal. He told me "You can have that slice or buy a whole pie. I'm not making you slices". Why offer these promotions if you arnt going to have the pizza available?

The only thing you're going to get at this store is aggravation. They mail out town-wide coupons for free medium coffee "good at Lake Como store only." When you go to redeem it they won't accept it and act like they can't read. Good luck getting your point across.

Store is disgusting, coffee is always cold. It’s the only store that hasn’t upgraded to the new machines. Expired product’s constantly, there’s only one employee that actually cares. I think his name is Brian. Owner does not listen to concerns and and the employees are always new. I’ve seen the employees quit do to there paychecks being wrong and never getting any hours. Truly a disgrace to the 7-11 brand.

Don't use mobile check out here, they'll accuse you of not ringing everything up, that is in between the employees vape puffs.(edit)1 redbull and 1 coffee@9:40pm was asked if I was OK?, stated, yes just trying to get my payment method to work on the mobile app. When it worked I was asked if I was sure if I rang everything in, again only 2 items. Showed the screen to the employee as she was starting at me like I'm stealing. The mobile checkout was behind some display stuff in the front hidden, so I asked where it was, and in between vape puffs the strawberry blonde lady with the big earrings told me. (Hopefully this is detailed enough for the owner)

Apparently this establishment doesn’t have public restrooms.
