The customer service is helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy personnel are extremely friendly and always happy. I love that Walgreens. I am not sure what the review was about racist. People always ask if you need help in the aisles, that is what most stores do. There is too much thief and they have policies to follow. So, the only thing I see is I wish prices would go down.....

We've been here 2 nights in a row trying to upload pictures from my phone onto a disc, and the customer service from each Associate had been more than helpful. Thank you Walgreens I'll be back.

It was not crowded, the only problem on this visit was their card machines were down, so it was cash only

Pharmacist is quite helpful, in person or on phone. Young staff not so much. They are full of themselves.

I have worked retail before. I have been a retail manager. I understand that is an issue. But my experience today I was appalled at the way I was treated in my local Walgreens. I needed laundry detergent and body wash. I do not carry a purse. I had my wallet in my hand. And each aisle I went in the motion sensor would ding notifying the team that customer service was needed. Even though I didn't ask for any customer service. The customer service representative over to ask me if I needed any help. I told her no I just need a few things and I'll be out of here. Carrying a jug of laundry detergent and looking for the body wash every time I walked back and forth the motion sensor would ding. And here she comes. The last time she did not leave. I felt as though I was being watched. As if I were a thief so I confronted her and asked if I could speak to the manager. I told them that I will gladly choose another drug store. One that doesn't treat paying customers as thieves. I do not want to be ridiculed trying to buy my daily needs. I really hope they re evaluate thier theft deterant and rear paying customers better.

Recently I went here for a passport photo. Honestly I am disappointed, the photo didn’t turn out good😞
I went to this particular place because it has got an ok review. The person who took the photo was friendly but when I saw the end result, I couldn’t be satisfied at all.
First of all the photo was a bit blurry which is strange. When a person choose to go to a place like this and pay a decent amount of money they do expect a good result. These types of photos are often used for official purposes like passport or ID’s and mine was no different. So I expected a clear and good quality picture.

Went for a scheduled covid test and after waiting in line, behind the store, with a few other cars for 20 minutes I called the store manager to ask them what the holdup was and he said that they were not doing it that day. Logic, and decency, would have had somebody outside saying that or at least post a sign.

Friendly staff, but it took about an hour to fill one script.
Your best bet is to drop it off...
If you are looking for low prices, try Sam's Club, which does not require a membership for meds.

My husband is a heart transplant patient.. The pharmacist wouldn't fill his prednisone saying Noone needs that much.. he had 2 rejections so he's on it for life. Switched to acme and I'll never shop Walgreens again.. along with family members now!
