Professional, helpful and just plain awesome! Exemplary customer service! I needed a home hospital bed for my husband. He was in surgery when I called and they delivered the bed that evening! We were so thankful. I highly recommend and would rather give them 10 stars!!

Aaron the technician was genuinely kind and professional. These days it seems like so many people are just doing their job and trying to get home. That was not the case here - as he took the time to help me understand all of the items and their function and was just very pleasant in general. Keep that kid around at all costs!

Adapt Health is a superior company! Calls are responded to immediately. Needs are met 24/7. I have been using Adapt Health for a little over a year and I can tell you that my needs are met immediately. I get tech’s that I have become familiar with personally. When my needs change, Adapt Health has the doctors information and respond promptly. I highly recommend Adapt Health!!!

The team was very helpful and got me in early. They are very informative and were great with explaining the equipment. They really provided great service and information.

Aaron came to the rehab facility with portable oxygen tank and showed us how to use it. Made sure we were comfortable with it. Then delivered the home unit and showed the family members how to use it. Excellent experience.

Chip C. is a great mobile service tech who works for for First Choice Home Medical/Adept. Today he fixed the screen timeout feature on my home ventilator. I had spent hours online trying to find the appropriate setting myself with no luck. Thanks Chip !!!

Rep at store saw me at appointment time - no wait. Orientation presentation was clear and understandable. Written instructions to take home in case any questions arise. Rep was very personable, patient and knowledgeable.

Marty was terrific. She clearly explained about sleep apnea and went over my CPAP machine with clear instructions. She provided great service and was very easy to talk to.

The ladies do a wonderful explaining and accommodating. They were patient with me and left me with a starting configuration of my vent that we will tweak I'm sure.

My husband had a good experience with his technician. Process was well explained, and she was quite knowledgeable when it comes to the program

Dale was so friendly and such a hard worker. He hauled in all the medical equipment by himself and had it set up in minutes. He patiently showed us how to use it and took his time and consideration to make sure it was in the right spot. He was empathetic to the situation we were in. I can't say enough good things about the company.

Customer care with Tiar at the New Castle, DE location was outstanding. She provided education, reassurance, problem solving and genuine care and humor! Tiar provided individual attention within the group orientation and I left with confidence that she would help me in adjusting to my CPAP machine and therapy. When I needed and came back in for a mask swap, she could not have been kinder and really took time to listen and respond to my concerns as well as fit me with another mask. I am very grateful and thankful to Tiar!

My current c-pap machine showed me an alert that read “ exceeded motor usage” Because I cannot sleep without it, I panicked. I called my doctor and she got on it right away. Then it was in your hands. I was asked to come in and learn how to use it. I explained that I had wore a c-pap machine since 1998. I knew what I was doing. We didn't get a phone call re: time installer would come. When he came Jesus was kind, curteous and knowlegable. He got the bed assembled quickly and instructed me on its usage. If I were you I'd make sure Jesus was an employee for a long time to come.

My wheelchair was delivered later than stated but I I’m sure it was due to the weather. Overall I’m very satisfied !!!

I was very pleased with the service provided from First Choice Home Medical Equipment. This includes setting up the appointment for delivery and the delivery person was extremely nice and helpful setting up the equipment.
