Zee's Used & New Tire Shop - New Castle, DE

I recently visited Zee's Used & New Tire Shop in New Castle, DE, and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The owner was extremely courteous and personable, making sure I felt welcomed and informed. The service was exceptionally fast; I was in and out without any wait. What really stood out were the competitive prices—they were unbeatable! I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get top-notch service and great value on tires.

I called Zee’s and spoke to the owner, explaining my situation, he said “come over now”. When I pulled in I was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. Everyone was very kind and friendly. I had a plug in my spare tire and the owner worked with me to make sure I got a tire on my car. These people will make sure you are taken care of. Definitely will be coming back. Cannot recommend this place enough!

*** Fastest Service in here *** i came by last weekend and bought my 4 tires for. The staff was friendly and helped me out suggesting the best tires for best prices. The technicians were real quick in changing tires and balancing them.
This is my 4th visit here i previously came for flat tires and air as well. DO NOT believe other reviews which say the waiting time is 1 hr or more. If the tires are available they will do real fast service is what i have noticed so far.

Always call them prior to make sure they have availability for the tire sizes you looking for. It saves some time for both ends.

Fastest service in here. They have a wide variety of used and new tires at this store. Better prices than any other stores around here. I pulled in for a flat tire and they suggested me nice tire for low price. Owner is a nice dude. The workers are very helpful as well.

Ive used this place before several times for used tires, and they always came in the clutch. I got a flat tire this Sunday, and I needed another plugged.The one tire I got that was used, must of been faulty because I had to put air in it, probably 3-4 times since then. I came in Thursday trying to get help, and one of the guy wasn’t as helpful. So all they did was plug the same bad tire up on Thursday just for me to have to put air in it on Saturday (paid for the plug)! I came in on Saturday, and everyone there was extremely helpful! They didn't question it, and the owner was so understanding and gave me another tire, with no issues. Moreover, he said if there is any more issues come see him!!! I was honestly thinking not coming back, but his customer service was great!! I will keep going back! Love Zees tires!

We were travelling to NY and found a tire was rapidly going flat while stopped for gas. Found that Zee's was nearby so hurried over before tire got any lower. The guy's were great, got us back on the road quickly. A special thanks to the gentleman that looked at our spare tire carrier, appreciate your hard work.

This is the best tire shop in this area. They sold me Bridgestone tires for way less price compared to other stores in Delaware area. The people who work were very helpful in suggesting me tires for better price. Definitely recommended. I will be back soon.

My experience at Zee's was very phenomenal. Sunny and the crew were awesome me as being a female wasn't overpriced for my tires was very understanding and just. They have my business from here on out.

Let me tell you ... I was running late for an appointment. I needed a tire. I went in here expecting it to take an hour ... I was in and out in 15min. Now, if you're used to Walmart don't come to our tire shop cause I don't want you crowding the parking lot. But I 100% recommend.

I buy all my tires here, so I am VERY familiar with Discount Tire. Their after-the-sale services like rebalancing, rotation, and flat fixing .This one did an honest job for me. regardless the tire is quiet, great response, handling feels great. I found my tires at Discount Tires and I walked in to make an appointment and they said we can do it right now. my tires rotated and balanced and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I have been very impressed with the service. Thanks again

I love this place. Got a pair of new tires a few weeks ago. The dad(owner) wasn't there. A younger man was there(I'm assuming he's related to the owner) . I was told by another employee that the tires I needed were out of stock. However, the younger guy in charge that day found them in-stock at their warehouse, went and got them for me, making sure I got what I needed before leaving. I was very grateful.
