CVS

I placed a Google photo order at the Spring Valley location. They were having printing issues, but the store manager (Cassandra) was very courteous, patient, and showed great customer service. She called me as soon as the order printed. When I came back to pick-up my photos, I was standing in a long line watching her deal with impatient customers, she maintained a calming, caring, and professional attitude even with rude customers. Her demeanor and excellent customer service moved me to take the time to write a review for this CVS.

Staff went above and beyond to help me find a product I needed. Went later at night a little before they close and the product I needed was on a truck that was unloading and the staff member helping me actually went on the truck to get my products. Incredibly helpful!

My favorite CVS. Well stocked. Friendly staff. Open late aswell.

Ok, this was my 2nd Instacart shopper experience. I would have given them five stars until I got to the register. No one was at the register for more than five or ten minutes. I did not wait that long however, to go to the self check out. But wait a minute, no receipt came out. The shift manager was at the self check out next to me fixing a jam at the other self check out register. Another employee came over to help me and my receipt paper was all jammed and at the end of the role. Nobody new how to reprint a receipt. Because I am an Instacart shopper, I need a receipt. OMG! they just totally made a good experience really annoying. So both the shift supervisor and the employee went to the back to figure out how to print my receipt, leaving the front empty. A man came in there and straight up stole something from the front and then walked out. That was too crazy. When the two finally came out after what seemed like ten minutes, they handed me an electronic journal report which is what you can see here is one of my uploaded pictures. Customer service has really deteriorated out here in the DMV since I had my first job at the age of 13. Really? How can you be a shift manager running out of receipt paper in your registers, and not know how to reprint a receipt in the 21st century? I gave them three stars because at least I got something. And even though they didn't know, they were actually trying to be nice about the whole experience. Bye!

I have been going to this CVS for over 2 decades. Unfortunately, lately, my experience with pharmacy staff has been mixed. There is one woman who has been there for over a decade--she is efficient, kind and personable. The newer assistants loudly chit chat constantly among themselves in front of the customers-it is unprofessional and frankly annoying.

The pharmacy used to be great but the place is understaffed so people are rushed and rude.
