I went in to buy a TV because mine suddenly stopped working. Johnny was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the brands of TV's and features. He was also very patient with me as I had a ton of questions. I had a wonderful experience at this location and will definitely be back.

Sometimes Best buy gets some good deals.

This location has easy access parking and about a good number of employees to help customers. Place is open till 9 p.m. which is not bad as well.

Never have an issue with this Best Buy. Employees are always friendly and my pickup orders are ready on time. Can’t say the same for some other stores in the franchise.

We used Geek Squad services, which were awesome. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended!

Made a purchase to pick up in store. The store is easy to get to, item was ready when I arrived, sales associate who checked me out was very personable. She was quick and friendly. Would recommend the Vauxhall Best Buy.

Good service. The person right at the door helped us to order and got someone to help with trade in and check out the item. You dont have to run around and ask for help.

It's the best electronic store that I've ever went there!

Justin provided over and above assistance on a problem with a defective phone due to the manufacturer, even as the store was near closing time. You don't find that very often anymore! I'm very glad I chose to get my new phone at Best Buy rather than trying to save pocket change on some Amazon seller with zero support and zero care post-delivery.

I love Best Buy for one good reason: Computers, I honestly can't wait till my Father buy me a Desktop

We went in to buy a new TV, but had very specific needs.

One of the associates immediately approached us and walked us through the entire TV buying experience, explaining everything we needed to know.

Come to find out, that the associate was the manager of the store.
