Had a great experience at the Stop & Shop. I have not shopped there in over two years. Met the new Manager Dominic, who was nice and appreciated that I came back to the store to shop. He is a Good People Person. My husband said that we would go back and shop there again.

I like the fresh fruit, (that I freeze), bialys, and organic chicken breast, (expensive, but you can look out for the “manager specials “).

Limited handicapped ♿ parking because non handicapped drivers use the spaces.

Customer service experience with Wale and another lady was the best they worked me through picking the right items for WIC....they have everything tagged at nice prices too

I live locally and head to all the big name stores around for groceries or odds and ends, but I have to say the staff at Stop & Shop are by far the nicest, most friendly, and helpful and the store is always stocked and clean. Even the customers seem nicer or happier there. The meat counter is my favorite lol!.

Prime Rib Roast from Stop & Shop in South Orange. Amazing! They were on sale so we bought a few and cut them into fat Ribeyes! So good!

Good Experience! It's always well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. Let's talk about that produce department!!! I could get lost there! The fruits and veggies are always so fresh and delicious! The meat and seafood areas always have the best cuts and cannot be beat! Keep up the good work S&S!!!

Friendly service and had everything on my list.

Had a very good experience overall. My one suggesting would be when it comes to the large, 5 gallon water bottles. Many visits, I've been able to go to a regular checkout Lane and pay for the new bottles, then drop off my empty ones on the way out the store. Today, however a cashier told me I needed to go to customer service to pay for the bottles. When I got to customer service, the lady was going to give me the barcode stubs needed to buy the new bottles with. I then asked if I had to go back into a checkout line because it was not made clear what the procedure was for either buying new bottles without exchange, or with for that matter. Aside from that minor misunderstanding, it's a very nice supermarket.

I continue to be happy with having Stop and Shop in the community. The staff is kind, store is clean and organized, and pieces are competitive with some deals and sales to help you save (if you do your homework ahead of time)

Great store for shopping for a lot of items

Been shopping here happily a long time. I look forward to seeing the great staff, especially Sue Sanders in the pharmacy. She is always so kind and helpful!

Clean and excellent customer service. Everyone is wearing face masks and it seems they really take social distancing seriously. I will definitely return, I am impressed by how organized and clean the store is. Anywhere where they act like they care about customers and welcome them is the best! This location definitely does this, I was immediately greeted upon arrival. Little things like this I truly notice A+ service.

Everything's great except the fact that they do not carry Kibler chocolate mint cookies called grasshoppers.

This location is very clean and organized! Everything was fresh! I really appreciated the customer service from the staff I felt the positive vibe once I walked through the front doors. Diana (Curly hair) was helpful with helping me finding things. Ashontie was very patient with me at self check out while the computer was giving me a hard time. She even watched my bags while I ran for a forgotten item. Thanks!!!!

Easy to navigate, self scan and checkout (they do audit, but it doesn't take long), coffee machine that's actually very good, folks are helpful and mostly seem happy to be at work. They need a nice customer bathroom but I'm sure that's not a simple addition. Good prices and easy shopping. Plenty of parking.

Stop and Shop is a great place to shop. One of the things that keeps me coming back is the lighting and width of the isles. I feel very comfortable and I always look forward to shopping there. They have competitive prices and a wonderful variety of products. Its one of the best supermarkets around.😄😄

Tip: if you can, come during mid-morning or mid-afternoon during the weekday. The store is well-stocked, quieter and easier to navigate and find what you need.

Store brand foods are high quality.
