Was told if I spent over $40 I would get $10, I called company headquarters and they said they would mail it to me! Nothing ever happened!

According to google this store is supposed to be upon until 9PM on Friday. I was at the door at 8:11pm and the employee inside kept the door locked. My online order was sitting inside ready for pick up but they would not open the door because they decided to close before the closing. What a shame!
