The UPS Store

I recently needed to return a package and honestly, usually one of my kids or my wife will take on this task. After entering the store, I was greeted with a busy store that with a watchful eye of the employees made no difference. I had my package ready to go so I was able to quickly use a convenient kiosk with instructions provided by one of the employees, being ready was noticed and the option was suggested if I was in a hurry to utilize the kiosk. In no way did I feel pressured to use this option and a watchful eye was kept on me as I worked through the steps when assistance was needed a suggestion to complete a step was offered. At the end I was able complete this task quickly while also being able to tell my family about the new option so they can use it going forward. 5 Stars for your customer experience and employee attentiveness.

Abby is awesome! It was obvious to me that she truly wanted to print my envelopes exactly how I envisioned. She sent me some examples to review ahead of time which were perfect. She always responded to my questions through email in a very timely manner ! Thanks Abby!!!

Abby is amazing. I was having issues with some Amazon returns not showing as having been returned and she took the time to look up each individual item so I would have proof that they were shipped out. I chatted with Amazon that night and they refunded me for all the items based on what Abby had looked up for me. She was so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I had a super positive experience interacting with the store representative Nick, and wanted to give him a kudos for his patience and supportive attitude.

I was preparing some visa documents to send to a consulate in New York City, which required a return self addressed envelope. It took me quite some time to figure out the docs and print them properly. Nick, was all super helpful, and help me put things together.

Being at this store location for about an hour today my overall observation was that everyone at this store was friendly and very helpful.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience at this UPS location! Michael and Anthony went out of their way to help me send several incredibly fragile shipments cross country. Despite being in the height of the holiday season, they were patient and so thorough. They even arranged packaging for another shipment that I was sending via a moving company to help me ensure it arrived intact. Jeff, the owner, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. All of my items made it safely, and I am so grateful to Jeff and his team for making that happen!

Excellent service AND patient demeanor. I brought in 11 returns to the Victor UPS and Rachael helped me sort through all and process them for return. And Rachael did this with the kindest and nicest attitude. “I” would have been impatient with me! But I received only sincere assistance and help. Thank you Rachael! Thank you Victor UPS!

The staff was wonderful, all of my things came in just as expected and made my move across the country so much less stressful than I was expecting. I brought over 20, 50+lb packages and they just ROCKED!!! Abigail and Chester did their thing!!! (Sorry it took so long to post the review, my trip to this store was about a month ago!) this photo was taken at a different location, but this was about 1/4 of the total.

Needed help very last minute laminating some posters. I was not expecting them to have time. But Abby was able to move stuff around and get my project in ASAP. The service and staff are always great at the Victor location. Seriously if anyone from the store reads this thank you so so so much. Abby you are the best, also sorry if it’s Abbie. I didn’t read her name tag because she introduced herself right when I walked in like a boss.

This is the store I regularly use for Amazon returns. I have only had good experiences at this store. I have seen the workers be nothing but nice and professional in dealing with customers. The wait for help at the busiest times I have been there is under 15 min. Plus, They have recently installed self Amazon return kiosks, but I have yet to use them myself.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years. The people there are always kind and helpful. This is especially true during "rush" times, they keep their cool.

I needed to ship a very large item (golf bag) to my son in Denver, Colorado. I was told the best place to get a box big enough & to have shipped was to use the UPS Store, so I went to a store in Victor, NY. I was very happy / satisfied with the professional staff personnel whom helped me with picking the correct box, directing me on how to assemble and what materials I should use to pack. The cost was about what I expected. The box even arrived a day earlier than expected ... very Happy! I'd definitely use this store again the next time I need to ship a large item. Thank -you

The store was clean and spacious. I came to drop off an Amazon return and the experience could not have been quicker and more seamless. I was in and out in 3 minutes on a weekend!

The young man who helped me was very efficient and personable. He knew exactly what to do and did it with a smile. My "Sisters" leather photo frame arrived in perfect shape and my newly found relative was thrilled to receive it.

The team at the UPS store was fast and efficient at getting my package to its destination. They reviewed all of the shipping options with me, helped to ensure that the package was packed securely and got me out of the store in under five minutes. Great service.

I have taken multiple packages to this UPS location to ship. The store is always orderly and the associates are efficient and friendly. A very nice experience!

I use the Henrietta Hyman Dr store. Great service. Employees are great and work through quickly to get you out. Packages always on time and in good order.

I have been to the store 3 times in the past week with large parcels for shipping, & a return. Abby & Chester have provided superb, friendly service & expert packaging advice. I can't say enough good things about their service!

Visited twice recently. One time to ship, easy transaction. Agent super helpful. Other time to return Amazon pkg. different agent, super helpful. Both kind and courteous.

Every time I go there, the clerks are ALWAYS cheerful , pleasant and helpful. This store branch is a credit to UPS! Oops and very patient to all !

Great store… I swing in there all the time especially to drop off Amazon packages. The staff are all knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and have a sense of humor. I’m in and out in no time and now they have a specific Amazon self checkout kiosk that allows you to scan your QR code print labels and go on your merry way. Give then a try, you won’t be disappointed.
