Lush Cosmetics Eastview

I hosted my 40th birthday at Lush this past weekend and it was such a great day. I had family and friends of all ages, tween to 60+ and we all had so much fun. Camille was my point person from start to finish. Setting up and scheduling the party was super easy, and she was our ringleader for the actual event. Camille, with the assistance of Shai, led us through icebreakers and games, and then through the awesome process of making our own bubble bars. I learned so much about the Lush organization and mission, in addition to learning about clean skincare and beauty, all while having a wonderful time with my guests. Everyone went home with a great goodie bag with full-sized products and customized samples, and all remarked as to how much fun they had. My bag thoughtfully included my most favorite soap, in addition to other specially selected items, all which confirmed to me what a conscientious listener Camille was as we planned the party. I can’t more highly recommend Lush, especially for your next party - for any occasion!

Only upstate Lush store@Eastview Mall. Freshly handmade, long- lasting & natural flavor body washes / soaps, hair oils & other body liniment in a rainbow of fragrances. A little pricey, however, its well worth it!

Just had my daughter’s 9th Birthday here and it was fabulous! The stag was amazing with the girls and they absolutely had the best time!!!! The mom’s that stayed were itching to join in on the fun too!!!!!

I recently went into Lush with my daughter and her two friends while we were celebrating her 10th birthday. Alyx was incredible. While we did not have a party planned, Alyx still made the girls feel pampered. She set them up with a salt scrub, jelly soap, and relaxing lotion. Alyx was also thoughtful from asking the girls permission to touch their hands before using the salt scrub, to making sure they actually wanted to participate, to referring to them all as "friends," rather than making assumptions about gender pronoun preferences. She (or any of the other associates) never made me feel pressured to buy anything, but I wanted to not only because the products are considerate of the environment, production, but also because I had a wonderful experience in the store. My daughter even said it was one of the top three moments from her party, and it was completely unplanned.

I ended up buying the sleepy lotion, which I love, and I will be a more regular customer of the store from now on.

Cheyenne and Andrew were amazing help! We had a great time! There was a wide selection and prices were reasonable for what you get. Thanks again!

Emily helped me out with my shopping experience and I appreciated her help and good vibes very much. walked out happy with my selections and already looking forward to the next trip back here.

First time in the store. Was a bit overwhelmed but we were greeted by a friendly employee who helped us out, answered questions, gave us info on the products & showed us how to use the massage bars.
It was a great experience & the employee was wonderful. Will be going back for sure!

I love going into Lush! All staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and are quick to help the customer! Their products are ever-changing, and always fun to try out, knowing where they source their ingredients. I am a former owner of an organic body and face product company, and I see they stand behind their quality ingredients making a successful business. Please, definitely make time and come into this shop, you'll be happy you did!

Amazing staff at this location. Always attentive & willing to take the time to recommend products. They recognize me when I come in & always put a smile on my face. Katie in particular is extremely helpful & wonderful to interact with. Thank you Lush Eastview staff for all that you do! ❤

we walked in and the lady we spoke with was very knowledgeable and quickly found exactly what we were looking for. she made us feel very welcome and answered all or questions and gave us great recommendations. the lotion we got works amazing! def will go back!

LOVE this place! Placed an online order, came to pick it up and they offered me to take some more free samples of different products + the ones they already included😊 plus the bathbombs make bath time so much more fun 💞
Edit: they sales people are very knowledgeable on everything in the store, but the do seem to follow you around. Really just wanted to shop in peace.

Always very helpful and go out of their ways to provide you with the best of experiences! There products are also natural and they love letting you sample them! A must stop of your at the mall!

The cosmetics here are all super cute and cruelty free. As an artist I really appreciated the various soap sculptures. I don't have a tub but they had little shower fizzies (Idk what else to call them) shaped like clouds and cupcakes and such that give off a nice relaxing scent. As someone with sensory processing issues, the product's scents were pleasant without driving me up the wall or having an underlying chemical smell which is rare for me to find. The store itself was a little strong with all the smells intermingling, but no where near as bad as most places selling scented products like this and when I got them home they were heavenly.

One of my favorite stores at Eastview, thanks to some of the wonderful employees who are always helpful and knowledgeable at recommended moisturizers/skincare products when I'm looking to try something new. Everyone seems like they really enjoy working here, and it shows! Even if you don't end up bringing something home, they're always eager to let you sample products here.

Everything you could possibly want or need in fragrant hand made beauty and comfort products. I bought sleepy cream to rub into my grandchildren's feet for relaxation. Along with my touch, it had a very calming effect. The scent is a light, sweet smell. It's also very softening.

I've been to a few Lushes. I love Lush. THIS one... The girls working remembered us the first time we came back, and upon each subsequent return. Megan is an absolutely fantastic sales rep - they all are, but Megan is the only one we're on first-name basis with. I hope for that to change the more we return. You guys rock; keep up that feeling of stellar customer service. It's so refreshing in today's shopping climate.

I didn't buy anything but while my daughters were looking, the young ladies working were very nice and engaging in conversation.

there is no lush store near where i live so we travel out to get some goodness on occasion when we want to actually smell and sample products as opposed to ordering new things without handling them first. have been to this location several times now and it is always a good experience. staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Megan helped me tonight and she was lovely.:) product demos and samples available which are nice too. enjoy this location every time.

Lush is an amazing store! I love all the new scents they have every time I go in there. I have several products and use them regularly.
