Michael’s always has a great selection for any holiday and I enjoy the rewards system and promo offers. They even have a lot of kid friendly crafts. The store is always organized and Katie is always so nice and helpful! Thank you Katie for always greeting us with a smile! Amazing customer service!

Michaels is my other favorite store! Love to look around & see what's new. Right now in midst of baby boy album. Almost everything I need plus some !

If I could go above five stars, I would! I went in there to buy bulk of crates, and everyone in their was so nice and so helpful! Thank you Nina, for helping me on the phone and with the U-Haul! Thank you Alexander for helping me cash out and figuring out the coupon situation thank you Salem for also helping out the coupon situation and also bringing out the crates. I had such a lovely conversation with Salem. They are all spectacular in there, and they all deserve a raise! It was so welcoming thank you all so much! Five stars, and above for all of you!!

I had a great shopping experience with the employee not only helping me find my specific bead, but having her want to buy it for the same project. The porous bead allows essential oils to soak in.

I'm a frequent shopper at Michael's. I crochet, so I go there to pick up yarn all the time. They have one of the best selections in town at the Pittsford store. I also like that you can buy online and pick up in store. They have great selections of all other crafting supplies as well and also storage and decor items.

I stopped here 10min before closing, got a lot of what I needed and, in the last minute, the cashier was nice enough to patiently wait for me to rumble searching for a coupon. Ten stars, not five! Well done, Michaels!

I was met with friendly, knowledgeable staff and a bevy of interesting options of different craft supplies and home decor - a feast for my eyes and a blender for my creative juices!
Reasonable prices and even coupons made this an excursion that didn't hurt my wallet, but will keep my family creatively busy for hours!
But the best part was the staff I encountered. Salem made craft store shopping, which was already a fun for me, feel like I was there visiting a friend as well! My cashier, whose name I have sadly forgotten, was equally friendly!

Always love to go out here. Only occasionally because of the price. However, when we do have the money to spend, we are never disappointed. Huge amount of food, great wait staff. It's always worth the money!!

I had looked online for 3 items that I needed. I noted the isle numbers. I was under a time crunch when I stopped in, went to each of the three isles and found exactly what was needed in each. Was in and out of the store in 10 minutes!! Checkout clerk was very pleasant also.

This store is a boon to us Crafters! Just the right size store so that a buyer can get right to the desired department and quickly find what they need! Great selection of kids crafts too! Victor store is neat and the staff is lovely!

I love this place. It always smell nice and not like craft glue or something weird which is always a good thing. It has all the art supplies you could ever need, model cars, canvases, paints, diorama pieces, and plenty of other things. I have some friends who are really into art things and because I don't want to get them something they already have, I just get them a $20 gift card so they can buy what they want. I recently bought some supplies here for a school project I was working on which was really helpful because I could go to one store and get all the paints, brushes, and the canvas that I needed. I got a 98% on it, btw

There is always. Great selection of crafting supplies as well as baking, sewing, drawing and many other types of supplies. I never have a problem finding what I need

This Michael's has EXCELLENT friendly staff, who are eager to help assist you in your most artistic endeavors. We have found their framing department to be beyond expectation! They do beautiful work, and their team is so helpful.
