Great store to get bird, horse fieed, even cat and dog food. The "Health" brand of chicken flavor canned cat food has been sold out the last 3x we visited which is a bummer. I can't find them anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great customer service, I’m a delivery vendor, my boat broke this morning, so I search and found this store around where I deliver very early morning, the lady there made sure to help me with price of boats they have. May be nothing to some people but when I see people doing a good job and helping customers, I really appreciate that, so many people out there these day don’t care,

Excellent addition to the area. Typical run of the mill TS- excited for them to get their outdoor area ready like other TS Stores.
Staff is nice and attentive.

The prices were cheaper than most other places for chicken feed, and the employees were helpful. 😊

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the cashier that has done everything possible to be as helpful as he can. I ordered the mini Jeep from the website and had it shipped to the store as they are still a newer store and wanted to support them, as well as it being easier than being shipped directly to me. The order was placed over 10 days ago and said it would be ready for pickup on Saturday May 11th. Since then there has been no update to the order and still says it will be ready for pickup on May 11 even though it’s passed the date. I stopped by the store on Saturday to just check in with them as well as today to see if there was any update or if they even got the order. The cashier helping me confirmed they do have the order which has been the only update I’ve received and called his manager over to help answer any questions about how to proceed. The manager finally came over, I believe his name was Mir in my store, rudely said if you didn’t get an email that it’s in then the item is not in yet, and brushed me off. Said I would get a call when it comes in and to check back next week. Obviously I know the order wasn’t in yet which is why I was trying to inquire but was not expecting to just get a rude reply back. At this point I’m tempted to cancel the order and just get it through Amazon. Probably cheaper and get it well before they even have an update for me on the original Jeep here at tractor supply. I wouldn’t recommend having items shipped to this store for pickup unless you’re ready for them to lose it in transit and then be incredibly rude to you.

I ordered a riding tractor online with same day shipping. While I did receive it on time it was the wrong tractor which has become a complete mess. Emailing corporate customer service they demanded I allow the incorrect item to be picked up without any guarantee or evidence they would supply me with the correct item. After much back and forth corporate was finally willing to resolve it, however the store manager Mir cancelled the order. I then submitted a complaint with the BBB against them and only then did he allow the order to be placed again. The roadie driver came to pick up the incorrect tractor and I spoke to Mir where I was told he would allow Victor to bring the incorrect one back and immediately bring me the correct one that same day. He even said he would pay Victor additional money out of his own pocket to resolve the issue (keep in mind his employees and himself are the reason this situation went nuclear). When Victor went to bring me my correct tractor Mir refused to let him do it and told the driver I was not warranted a call for the change of plans. He lied throwing a toddler temper tantrum as a grown man and store manger.

I can say with certainty tractor supply has no desire to make it right with the customer. I still don't have my correct tractor.

I will be pursuing further financial restitution for this entire experience. I can say with certainty I will never place an order again through tractor supply and I'm thankful this is not my local one because I would never shop there.
