This location is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to! The baristas are so kind and treat me like family every time I walk through the door. They are also great at communicating with customers and very pleasant to work with.

The food is always fresh and delicious. Their drinks are by far my favorite, they have always been made correctly and within a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere is always very clean and super relaxing. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone and everyone! :)

Patrick is the best!!!!! His energy is so welcoming and he’s so very nice to us every time we are there. I also have observed his interactions with other customers as well and he’s so kind and welcoming to everyone. Not gonna lie I sometimes just come here for Patrick’s energy because it always makes me smile.

Wow! I am a Starbucks Gold Member and have been to many locations in the past. But this one simply blows all the others out of the water.

Whilst visiting upstate New York, I stumbled upon this specific Starbucks to refuel my body and soul. The staff? Lovely. The drinks? Exquisite. The atomsphere of the store? Simply to die for.

This Starbucks is an exemplary model for what all other Starbucks location's should deliver upon everyday. My favorite baristas include Patrick & James, both were phenomenal from morning to night.

A perfect 5 stars from this guy.

I go to this location before work early, and they are always the best part of my morning. The staff are nice, always get everything right, and keep the line moving smoothly.

This shop is the best. I have a terrible allergy to almonds and everyone there is always so accommodating; I *so very much* appreciate their extra efforts to keep me safe. It might seem like a small thing to others, but being able to enjoy a latte with a friend and not worry about anaphylaxis is HUGE to me... other coffee shops haven't been so accommodating and while I understand that - it makes this shop shine that much brighter! Staff and manager are all super-friendly... the lines are never too long and my order is always great. A+++ Thanks guys! :D

This is a super clean Starbucks! Spotless! I also like the Barista's that work here - not too uptight and just relaxed enough to carry on a conversation. My pretty not to complex caramel macchiato was pretty kick ass, tasted like it was crafted by the Starbucks mermaid lady thing herself! Considering I'm in this area pretty frequently lately, I'll be coming here a lot more. Love this environment.

We've been going to this SB for 10+ years. The staff have always been lovely. It can get busy on weekends, esp. in the mornings, but that's life. This place is a bright spot in the area. Updated 10/2018: still coming here, still wonderful.

I'm shocked at some of the BS I just read. Maybe the negative folks should try working in the food industry.
All I can say is, I've been coming here for years, the Staff is always friendly & caring. Very personable. Like Family.

Love the Carmel location! Eva and the staff are great. Always greets me with a smile and mentions me by my name. Amazing they remember since I haven't been there in a while.

I usually order thru the app and pick it up. The staff remembered me after my 3 visit. Always greeted, always nice, always delicious!
