Florrie Kayes Tea Room

I visit this tea room whenever I’m in NY. It’s been lovely every time. Extensive tea list to choose from. Food is delicious. Service is always excellent. Love the different tea pots, cups, serve ware that they use. Cute little gift shop inside as well. Highly recommend the scones!

Such a wonderful experience! Cannot stop talking about it. Definitely coming back and bringing more family and friends!
The service is excellent, the staff is all super friendly and helpful. I have food allergies and they were not only able to accommodate, they were knowledgeable and are to explain what foods were safe and what they could substitute for the ones that were not.
If I could give more stars I would!

I had my bridal shower here! It was a lovely experience and everything was set up beautifully. The servers were wonderful to work with and very pleasant and helpful. Samantha helped me set up and plan the event. All of my guests enjoyed their teas, sandwiches and scones. There was a special gluten free tea set for one of my guests, and kid-friendly options for my nephew and niece. We had a wonderful time!

What an adorable eclectic place! Service was fabulous as well as the food and tea. Any variety of tea you're wanting...they have !
Plan ahead and make reservations. It's well worth the visit.

I was recently part of the cast/crew for a County Players production of "Calendar Girls" which has a memorable scene that references a "12-inch maximum diameter Victorian Sponge Cake" . We wanted such a cake for our cast party and Florrie Kayes did not disappoint :)
The cake was beautiful - almost too pretty to eat. The cast was thrilled with it and the cake itself was delicious. Samantha was very accommodating with our production schedule so that I was able to pick up the cake on the day of our cast party. Thanks again for providing a wonderful and delicious surprise to celebrate our production :)

My daughter and I met my college roommate and her daughter for lunch. We absolutely loved this place. I had the grilled chicken club and would get it again in a heartbeat. My daughter had the warm sausage roll and she loved it. Our friends got the afternoon tea which is a fun way to experience a little bit of everything. The ambiance, the service, and the food were all great. It is a fun spot to get together with some girlfriends for an afternoon tea. Highly recommend!

I have been here for afternoon tea as well as thrown an event here! Everything was absolutely perfect, from food to service to decor, and I would not hesitate to travel an hour out of my way (and make my guests do so as well) to host an event here!! When my guests arrived, they were greeted by servers passing around delicious iced tea, and the flow of the event was so natural throughout the afternoon.

It is surprisingly difficult to find a great afternoon high tea in Westchester which makes this place a gem. In my event we also ordered a cake, which got rave reviews by even my pickiest guests! Will definitely be returning!

We celebrated a birthday with Florrie Kayes. The service and planning was so easy and helpful. The food was incredible. I will be dreaming about their birthday cake for a while. Afternoon tea service was so fun and the food was outstanding. Everyone left happy and full! The atmosphere was also fun and charming. And their servers and staff were all so cheerful and made the experience even more remarkable

The menu items were a little different then what we are used but we asked ans they were able to accommodate our tastebuds and go for a more traditional menu. So many tea options and the atmosphere was beautiful. Would go here again.

We had our daughters baby shower catered by florrie kayes and it was completely wonderful. The food, the presentation, the people - just a dream of a day.

We hosted a small party here for my daughter’s first birthday. We had a wonderful time! Everything went smoothly, our Server was fantastic, the food was great and the atmosphere was highlight!

We recently celebrated our 2 year old’s birthday with a lunch here and it was such a great experience! Our waitress Lori was so kind and attentive to our daughter. We ordered the children’s afternoon tea and my daughter loved that, her little teapot with lemonade bringing her so much joy! At the end they made her feel so special by singing happy birthday! She was so happy and said, “best birthday ever” 💕 Everyone was so kind and warm to us and our princess. Thank you 😊

The food was also delicious! The burgers were good according to my husband, and my chicken sandwich was so good. Juicy and flavorful! Definitely recommend!

What a lovely tea room! Definitely make a reservation as seating is limited. I had chocolate tea (notes of chocolate in a smooth tea) and it was so good I bought a tin to take home. I had classic scones with the tea. They were delicious. We waited incredibly long for the food, but I understand from others who have been there regularly that this is highly unusual. There must have been a mixup in the kitchen. The staff kindly brought us fresh warm tea when the food arrived. The service was friendly from the moment we walked in. The plating and decor was truly charming.

We had the pleasure of having Florrie Kayes cater our small wedding last month. Samantha was amazing to work with. She put together a very specific menu for our event considering our values. Samantha invited us to the Tea Room for a tasting and review the menu for the wedding and everything exceeded our expectations.
The event itself was flawless. Samantha and her staff, once again, exceeded expectations. We did not have a sit down dinner, just a selection of some of the best finger foods you would have the pleasure of eating. The tables and food designs were amazing and you could see the effort and passion put in to the setup. The table design also matched the vibe of our event so well. Now lets talk about the cake.......we can't even begin to explain the cake! Try to imagine the best cake you have ever had, then make it dairy/egg free, add some fresh fruit and your still not even close to how good this cake was. (A big thank you to Samantha's Mom, who we understand is the baker and has spent many years perfecting this cake)

The only thing that we were disappointed with was the fact that when we finally got to the reception, most of the food was gone!

Samantha, thank you so much for making our wedding even more amazing than we could have imagined!

If you have the opportunity to work with Samantha and her team or visit the Tea Room, please do, you won't be disappointed.

Had a lovely time here with my Mom. Food is very good and beautifully presented. Tons of different loose leaf tea to choose from it was hard to decide! The servers were very friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely come back!

I love this place. I have been taking my daughter there since they opened. They have hats you can borrow to make it seem like a true English tea house. Also they have a large selection of teas and mini sandwiches along with salads and pastries. There is a small gift shop too. I definitely recommend trying it out.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Grandma's 90th Birthday! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Everyone loved it, especially the Birthday Girl. Thank you, Florrie Kaye's Tea Room for such a memorable experience!

Florrie Kaye's is a must! The tea was brewed perfectly, the service was outstanding, the ambience brought me back to when I lived in England, and the food was absolutely delicious (kudos to the chef)! I could not say one bad thing about this lovely tea room if I tried. Just make sure to make a reservation since they are a very busy establishment.

Florrie Kaye's is a great place! I just had my bridal shower here about a week ago and they kept everything running smoothly. They really went above and beyond for us to make it a great evening.

Would definitely recommend doing an event here - but it's also great to visit if you just want to have lunch.
