This place is unmatched in customer service, knowledge, honesty and patience. Went up from Westchester to purchase my first bow and I have no plans on going to another shop for any of my archery needs. Nick is quite simply, the man. He’s an encyclopedia of archery and will give you honest and spot on answers to any questions. He set up my Hoyt to the exact specs and measurements that fit me as a shooter and made the process fun while doing it. In an age where online orders from large stores are so common (I’m guilty of this as well) go visit the small local businesses like Flying Arrow..they care about your archery needs as much as you do! The store features a full-service pro shop for all of your building, tuning, and maintenance. A stout selection of quality brand bows, arrows, targets and accessories are available to fit the needs and budget of any individual. Two indoor ranges (20 & 30 yards) on site open during store hours for year round practice, and/or private lessons.

I visited the store today 3/30/24 for my first time after seeing all the positive reviews over the internet. I needed my bow repaired after a derailment due to the cables and string being warned. Let me tell you, the service, attention to details and professionalism is second to none. I highly recommend Flying Arrow Sports to anyone looking for a true pro shop to service their bow. Lastly, they have tons of accessories, new bows of course and an awesome facility to get your bow completely tuned and ready to go.

This place is the real deal. Walked in a 5:40 on a Friday with no idea what I wanted to get my self into. The guys set up numerous bows for me to try, walked me thru all the new options, and got me comfortable with the new set ups after being out of the game for damn near 20 years. By 7:05 I was walking out the door with a full set up in hand ready to shoot. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend Flying Arrow to anyone and everyone!

Purchased a Diamond Archery bow this afternoon with help from Nick. I’ve shot a bow only two times in the past. Nick was excellent at explaining the nomenclature of the bow and its proper function. Inside of the range Nick explained what to do and what not to do. Went over proper trigger pull and how to sight the bow. After shooting multiple rounds we went back upstairs and completed the purchase. Nick did not rush the process. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I highly recommend that you give Flying Arrow Sports your business.

Hands down the best shop in the tri state area. Can't recommend them enough. Customer service is excellent and their knowledge is top notch. Nick took his time when setting up my bow and took every opportunity to answer any question I had. If you need a bow shop go to Flying Arrow Sports.

Mike and Nick were very helpful and patient with me a 1st time crossbow hunter. At the range with scope adjustments, a sling, arrows and travel case . Excellent customer service and well worth the 2.5hr ride. Thanks again !!

Thank you for responding so quickly to my concern about not having received my order of an arrow lighted nock bushing kit.

As mentioned in my previous email, I received what appeared to be an email scam informing me that the package had been delivered but no one was home to sign for it. Weeks passed and every effort to reach the delivery service proved futile.

You acted promptly and yesterday I received my bushing order and, as advertised, the bushings are a perfect fit for my lighted nocks.

Due to excellent service, I would not hesitate to order future items from Flying Arrow Archery.

What a great shop! Nick helped build me a new bow and gave me a bunch of really helpful pointers, this will be my archery store for life.

I’ve been going to this bow shop since 2014 and I’ve never been disappointed. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and always attentive. This is the only place I’ll ever shop for my archery needs.

My uncles have been coming here their whole lives and suggested I come here for my bow. Completely non-judgemental and extremely helpful. Nick did my whole setup. He is extremely patient with beginners and doesn't make you feel intimidated or make you feel you should know what hes talking about. He spent a few HOURS with me going over every detail of any bow I was looking at, and when I chose one he spent MORE time tuning it and adjusting to my draw length and weight, sight adjustments, tips on methods and recommendations. Extreme Archery in Mamaroneck is down the road from my house and I could have easily bought there, but because of my great experience at Flying arrow I will not shop anywhere else. Lifelong customer gained.

First time bow purchase, Nick did a great job to help me understand everything about my bow and accessories. Even took his time to correct my form and guide me away from inconsistencies in my shots. I highly recommend this shop.

Outstanding customer service. Purchased a new bow and Nick was super helpful and informative the whole way through all while answering all my rookie questions with patience. Been going here for years. They know exactly what they are doing with repairs, tuning, and sales. Highly recommended shop for new shooters, hunters, and pros. These guys are the best.

If you need professional archery support, this is the place! Dave and his team are awesome! He's help both my wife and nice with new bows! They are patient and really accommodating no matter what level shooter/hunter you are.

Flying Arrow is awesome! Basically if they don’t have it, they’ll order it. And if they can’t order it, you don’t need it. They will take the time to install your purchase and then tune it to make sure it’s functioning properly. I bought arrows there,and before leaving, Dave and Mike had me shoot them through paper to see how the new combination worked. Much tweaking was involved, and after an hour and a half I was shooting bulletholes. No other shop would’ve gone to that length to satisfy a customer. A very knowledgeable, friendly staff. A store for the novice and accomplished archer.

Terrific customer service, very attentive and patient staff. Nick really took his time to help me find a bow, adjust it, and to answer any follow-up questions when I come back to practice. This is a very approachable place for a new archer!
