Ace Hardware

Ace always lives up to being the helpful place. Every time I go there, the folks are eager and willing to help me find whatever it is I need. Most recently Jaden had me in and out within five minutes. These folks are amazing!

Upon entering this particular Ace Hardware Store, I found a long trail of pennies scattered along the ground in a wavy-like arrangement. I felt pure luck hit me as I picked up each and every penny in a hurried and excited fashion, as the store was about to close and this was to be my very first shopping experience here.
I only needed a few particular items, which needless to say, were all in stock. The staff at this neat and rather quaint Ace Hardware Store were tremendously helpful during my very quick shopping experience here. I had exactly 5 minutes to find 3 items and this was achieved in no time with their help. They also assisted me with my Ace Hardware Birthday Savings coupon.
The PRICES!!!!, OH THE PRICES WERE PHENOMENAL!!!! Down, down, down my total went while I was there. I was able to buy another item that I didn't think that I could afford previously but now I could! For an item that I thought was going to be well over $7, it was only $2.50...That makes this consumer a happy one. It is so difficult to find any "well worth it" deals anymore.
I am very used to the larger Ace Hardware on 22nd but was pleased just the same about this smaller one. I will definitely be going back here in the future as it is in a neighborhood that I work in now and the store employees have already made me feel right at home. Thanks Ace, keep up the years of great service that no hardware store can beat, truly.

Recently arrived at this establishment in search of a ceramic light socket to repair a defective vintage one at my house. The inoperative ceiling mounted lamp is an original from 1954' when they house was built so l was rather worried that I'd encounter some difficulty in finding a matching replacement part. But in typical fashion, Ace delivered and had the exact same part in ample stock.
Thankfully upon my entry, l had the good fortune of making contact with Josh who immediately impressed me with his knowledge of all things Ace, additionally, he was exceptionally personable and extremely professional. Josh's unlimited enthusiasm to help me find what l needed was truly noteworthy.
I was ecstatic to find everything l needed all in one stop.
While my money spends anywhere, through Josh's efforts, I truly felt not only welcomed, but valued as a customer by this establishment.
It was truly refreshing in a post pandemic world where mediocrity and indifference apparently rule supreme, to once again experience real genuine good old fashioned customer service.

We love Ace. Great service. They have some things the box stores don't. Plus they have a great selection of sodas and candy like an old 5 and dime or general store.

As soon as you enter this store a staff member presents themselves to assist you. The staff is knowledgeable, especially Heinz. This Ace relocated from a larger building into their current location forcing them to cut down on the variety of products that they stock. However, you will find it’s well stocked, including Craftsman tools.

They have been very helpful each time I have gone in.

Ace has the best selection of paddlelocks. The people there were all smiling.

Love this Ace. Super helpful staff! Went to get a compression adapter today, apparently the plumber who installed the hot supply valve under my kitchen sink in a '50s ranch that was renovated in the 80s had some valves and supply lines that are between a standard 3/8 and 1/2 inch. They did not have anything to fit, the compromise was a new valve which they had and we're happy to sell me. Thanks Ace, you really are the helpful place!

Very helpful. From the front door they will take you to whatever you need. Service like it used to be.

This location is a smaller Ace but they always are able to find what I need. Also, their price tend to be lower than the chain stores. They stand behind their products and are helpful in answering questions. They also tend to have enough staff to help even on a busy Saturday.

I've going here for years way back when it was Choates Hardware. The employees are very helpful from the time you enter the store. If an employee can't help with an answer they will get someone that can. Nice selection of goods housed in a smaller square footage than their last store but easy to shop in.

I've been going to this Ace hardware way back when it was Choates hardware. There is parking right outside the door and when you go in there is almost an employee there to greet you. It's a small store but has a great inventory. The employees are very knowledgeable of their inventory. If they don 't have it they will try to direct you to someone that does. I highly recommend this store on Brodway near Swan.

Workers are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Any bad reviews seem comically exaggerated or out right fabricated.

Every time I walk in there is at least one, and often two people just waiting to help me. When you tell them what you need they will walk you back to where it is and even pull it off the shelf and put it in your hands. The only way they could be more helpful is if they drove it over to my house for me.

Great staff able to assist with finding what you need. Great variety of items in stock. A gem in the neighborhood. Old fashioned friendly service from a team of professionals. .

Always friendly and helpful service. Smaller store but usually has everything I am looking for.
Bonus: They have a cool cat named Loki.

Awesome place. Favorite place to go now instead of going to places like home depot's and Lowe's. Still go to the other place for bigger items. However for most everything else I go to Ace.
