Had a very good experience when we as a family went for our flu shots. The pharmacist was courteous and even helped distract kids with gifts and candies while giving the injection. Good staff and quick service even late at night.

Some times I go to buy cosmetics and I always find what I need.

On 11/1/21 I made a call to this CVS near Wendy's looking to see if they could help me obtain a prescription that is essentially sold out in many pharmacies in our area (possibly due to the supply chain issues). This CVS didn't have it either but said they could have it shipped to them from another store within 24 hours. The gentlemen that picked up the phone was VERY helpful. He worked to obtain the prescription info from another pharmacy and had the prescription filled for me within a few hours. That was EXCELLENT customer service and follow through. I appreciate it!

This pharmacy is very busy all the time and almost always understaffed. When I get my medication the technicians take time to ask me if I have any questions and if there is a problem they try and fix it right away. They do what they can and I appreciate what they do during this pandemic.

It really is a great pharmacy in an ideal location but that being said, it's always unbelievably packed and wait time is often 20 minutes or more if waiting for a script to be filled. Everyone is always very nice. Although the wait time is lengthy, customer service has always been wonderful. The techs are under a lot of pressure to fill everything as quickly as possible. he store is very clean but the ladies room fixtures are in disrepair.

Shannon and baljeet where both really kind and helpful with what we needed. They didn’t have exactly what we where looking for, but told us that they could give us the same item but another brand free of charge. I would recommend coming to this one instead of the other ones in Hamilton and it’s 24/7. I will 100% be coming back here.

The staff is unbelievably kind. There customer service is absolutely amazing and they kept something I’ve been wanting on hold after 3 weeks of calling. Best customer service I have ever seen at a store.

When I visit this pharmacy it usually very early in the morning around 5 or 6:00 am and I have no wait time. No matter who's on duty that morning the staff is very nice. I have noticed prescriptions for other customers in wait binds are overflowing waiting to be picked up, that tells me they have a lot of orders to fill and they were extremely busy.

Great front check out staff and floor personnel! Donna is always friendly and helpful. This is by far the best location. Was also helped at the photo kiosk. I wanted to print photos from my phone on mithmoth day and was having issues. Was assisted by a young man who saved the day! He showed me how to print them in an alternative way and was successful!

This is my favorite CVS and at my neighborhood, employees are super friendly and it is open 24 * 7

The pharmacist and technicians are amazing all are very friendly and respectful.. I love the staff Kinnary, brittany Bella and garnel are awesome always very helpful. Always an amazing experience with them thank u guy, keep u the good work guys 👍

Donald was amazing. I needed a Money Gram and he helped me every step of the way. Go here is you need a money gram or anything else. So accommodating.

The pharmacist on duty was nice enough to help find another CVS when the medicine was out of stock.
