The owner is such a remarkable person to talk with! He is full of knowledge and amazing stories (I could talk to him for hours)! He taught me so much valuable information within such a short time!

I took my new Stratocastor to him for a professional setup! He carefully went through and explained the process. He showed me multiple measurements by very sophisticated tooling, which made me ultimately feel really good about my purchase of the guitar! I left it for him regarding the setup! My goodness, I think I got a different guitar back, because this baby is absolutely PERFECT!!! I am beyond impressed!!! Will be a customer for life now!!!

I love this store! Dick the owner is a great guy and the only person I will let setup my guitars. He does it all himself so it may take a few days to get it back, but to me it is worth the wait to have it done right the first time.

I only went in for strings, but I had a nice experience. The owner is really nice and he has some nice pieces for sale. I felt like my experience was more personal than some of the larger “box” stores. I would go back again.

Its the friendliest, most helpful place to go. The advice comes with a little amusing story.
You just need to stop by once and you'll find yourself going back. I can't just run in. It's going to take some time to absorb the atmosphere.
I end up there when I really don't need anything at all. It's just a welcoming place and full of great finds. Stuffed to the rafters with guitars.
