The Children's Place Outlet

My first time in the children's place in Jackson outlet. Was clean and organized and the lady at the register was nice and helpful I wish I got her name because like I said she was super nice and helpful I was returning some clothes because I got the wrong size and she was wealing to order me the right size so I didn't have to reorder it online ever though it was so busy. It seems like to me that the lady's that was working there was treating there customers great one at a time the best they can as it was so busy.

Nice place for school clothes. Good sales but not so inexpensive for an outlet store.

Customer service is great, always greeted with a smile. Although I must say the people that come in are terrible and very rude. No one HAS to help you and no one HAS to put up with you. Just remember that..too many people take their own lives because of ignorant people.

this place has a good selection of children's clothes.

The one team member who helped us was amazing and so helpful. Then I went to buy clothes and place an order and the cashier was horrible. I had to stare at her and clear my throat repeatedly because she was staring at her phone instead of ringing us out. Then seemed bothered because we were standing there waiting for her to ring us out. As a retail manager myself, she would have been written up because at no point should you just be playing on your phone when you have customers. Also not against them but the fact that you can't do a web order while doing a regular order is ridiculous because if you have a coupon that can only be used once you have to chose instore or online to use it.

My experience here was terrible. This girl I believe her name was Rebecca. She had a very bad attitude and was unnecessarily rude. I didn’t like how she talked to her fellow employees as she was extremely rude. Personally I will never be returning here for anything as it was a horrible experience. She failed to greet me at the door and instead looked at me and said nothing even when I nicely said “hello.” This other girl, Nicole I believe her name was, she on the other hand was very kind and helpful. She helped me find what I needed. Overall bad experience due to the horrible attitude that was given to me today.

CHECK THE WEBSITE BEFORE YOU GO!!!

Their website had the same exact items on sale for 50% off but the store would not honor the price. So out the store I went and online I bought. What a waste of gas!
