I consistently choose Best Buy for the majority of my electronic purchases over other online retailers. The main reason is their convenient in-store return and exchange policy, which provides me peace of mind in case of any issues. Recently, I visited this store to return an item that was slightly past the return window (holiday purchase). Despite this, they accommodated my request with minimal hassle, recognizing my loyalty as a long-time customer. While I could have gone through the process of returning directly to the manufacturer, Best Buy's hassle-free process reinforced my commitment to continue supporting them in the future. Thank you!

Great customer service and honesty about their products and even double check that information

I have a Amazon tablet that was not working, the geek squad tech was sure a factory reset would work, therefore did a exchange, thanks for the extra warranty. I suggest anyone making any purchase get the extra protection.

The staff was very helpful. I ordered at the store the HP laptop. The staff stated that the computer would arrive on Monday
(6 March 2023) but I PRAYED and it came sooner……the next day. I ordered in the Cerritos Store (near the town center) I AM THANKFUL.

I went to exchange my Epson printer and walked out with the stories Rayban smart glasses, an Ion 300 watts wireless speaker with a microphone. I love this store!!!!

Great place to buy all your electronics at a fair price, great friendly knowledgeable staff to help you with any questions you may have or looking for something in particular.

Still great products haven't been at store for 10+years from an incident with staff. I seen what I will by soon from this store. They have a great product purchase program at good cost ask for the paper showing the membership.

Masks are mandatory they wipe down between customers at the register and dividers are up. Make sure you sign up at the entrance so you can get in line so an associate can help you other wise you may not get helped. They are open Sundays thru Saturdays 10am to 8pm. It's both in-store shopping and curbside. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. The associate in the laptop section was nice and answered all my questions about the laptop I was looking at.

Purchased a battery and asked if he had a tiny screw driver. I was trying to replace the battery in my key. Not only did he find one, he helped me unscrew it. Although I don't shop as much as I used to, this location has always been my favorite, and Andy is the main reason why I continue to shop at this location only. Not that I expect it, but if I ask and you go above and beyond to help a customer. Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at this location. If they can't help, i know they would if they could. Thank you.

Best Buy has a great selection of electronics that bridge from home appliances, to televisions to the latest Mac and PC goodies. This makes it an excellent choice when you want to give something a lookee Lou before you buy. However, what makes them outstanding is not only do they have a fantastic selection but their prices are competitive with those online.

It was a nice visit and the Employees were extra nice. Unfortunately there weren't many cash out lines open so everyone had to do all transactions in the Customer Service line. But it actually went pretty fast.

I was looking for a specific phone and looked up online it was available in Lakewood Best Buy came here they’re extremely busy , young man by name Jonny asked me if I needed any help , he looked up my phone and they had one available he contacted the manager, the manager came , open the storage and found my lost available phone .

Needed help with my dashcam installation, set an appointment with the mobile installation crew at the store, Zack was very helpful. Came back the next day with some troubleshooting, they resolved the issue I was having and made me feel comfortable, and said to contact them with an extension number for any further issues. Very patient with my concerns. Worth the money to install.

First thing first I would like to thank Noah for his professionalism and he was very helpful, very friendly. He answered all my questions and help guide me which laptop was best for my situation. That's what you called great customer service satisfaction.

Had the best experience ever. Was looking for open box gas range. MOHAMMAD was the sales rep that helped me. He had all that patience and very caring to my needs. He is awesome. I'm looking forward to baying from him.

Always good service ! Great service even during this Covid-19 pandemic. I had a product that faulty and thanks to the Geek Squad replacement warranty I had it replaced in no time!

They helped us get a phone. And he stayed with us until he was finished even though he had to go to lunch
