Nice, smaller hardware store. I always seem to find something here that I either cannot find anywhere else or that I didn't know I needed.
Manager and sales staff nice and friendly and very helpful.
I enjoy going here more than the big box stores.
You might pay a little more but they are worth it.

A mom and pop hardware store that has everything you need. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. This place is my one so shop, and way better than the massive big box store.

Also, we needed butane for our grill lighter! Suggested to my husband that we could stop at TrueValue to pick it up.... he didn't think they'd have it...... we made a bet... I won! Lol, they have it all, everything down to butane lighter fluid! Thanks, guys!!

Owner & Staff incredible always pleasant,and very helpful we buy our pellets every year and they always store them in our shed for us neatly stacked we tried to tip them but they won't accept genuinely nice people highly recommend them

I really appreciate our Tru Value hardware store. They have everything the 2 big stores have and their prices are as good and a lot of their prices are lower. The best part is they are right here in Hudson! The employees are Always very knowledgeable and polite! Keep up the great work! Thank you

This is a little store with a lotta great quality made merchandise, sometimes I can get items there that I can't get at other hardware stores. I find the staff very helpful if I can't find an item they're always eager to help, and another thing I like is that they take you right to the item instead of sending you on a treasure hunt. This is my "Go To" store and so far everything I've needed, I've found it there.

Super friendly staff. I try to go to True Value before choosing a Home Depot or Lowes because you feel like a valuable customer upon entry. I have purchased many gallons of paint there, yard tools, bird food, filled propane tanks, patio chairs, etc... its a small store but they have so much, and the people really make the difference.

A wonderful locally owned and operated hardware store that's been supporting the local community for decades with the national selection of True Value Hardware. You can find a little bit 9f everything here to get your projects completed with plenty of friendly folks to help.

So much easier to get what you need and back to your projects than those big box warehouses.

I seem to always find the canning supplies I need here at a fair price. Clerk even offered to take my purchase out to the car for me. Prices are fair with no gouging as I have seen at some retailers for canning supplies.

Great service. We moved to Hudson at the end of Spring 2020. It is a two minute drive to this location so it is convenient. More importantly, every time I have gone shopping here looking for something specific, I am amazed that they have what I needed, considering their size versus the big box stores. Don't be fooled, the box stores don't always have the best prices!

This is our local go-to spot for hardware needs. Helpful folks work here, so ask them about your needs and they will guide you to your solution. And if by some chance they don't have what you need, they will do their best to offer advice on what to do or where to go to find what you really need.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. It is a very rare occurrence for them not to have what I need. I have been a customer for over 20 years and no complaints.

Family run hardware store. Excellent customer service. Friendly, fast help, and stock pretty much anything I need. I always go here to find what I need before I look at the national chains. For a small store, their prices are quite good as well!

I try to go here to buy most hardware related items. They are very knowledgeable and you would be surprised how many times I go to Lowes or Home Depot, not find the item and then go to True Value and find it. Landscaping Rakes as an example, I think they had 3 types, where HD had 1. Also, if you have questions, they know what they are talking about. Prices are often cheaper too. Can't figure that one out, but I obviously don't mind.

Always has great service and things you cannot find in the big box store.

Really like this hardware store. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I generally go there for my propane!
