Alan was very knowledgeable, exhibited patience with my mom , who came in to pick the right new phone for herself. He broke down all new features and prices of phones and plans. Was very helpful in selecting the accessories to go along with her new phone. Store was clean.

If you are looking for excellent service, look for Tia. She assisted my wife and I when we recently upgraded our iPhones, Apple Watches and Service Plans. She is very professional, personable and knowledgable. It was a pleasure to work with her.

I came in looking for an ipad that would efficiently help with my kids homeschooling needs. Alan helped me get the best deal possible, answered all of my questions throughly and helped with the set up process. He is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Ms. Chelsea spent an excellent time with me as a new apple customer. Especially, even when it was time for her to go she didn’t kick me out she said after hours to make sure I was good. I had to come back three times and I wouldn’t come unless she was working. Definitely enjoyed her great service.

I had a lot of trouble with the online process with my order being cancelled I called the store and spoke with Tia. I don’t get to see my kids often, but when I do I don’t like to waste time. So I was hesitant when they said they wanted a new phone and ipad for Christmas because I didn’t want to wait for a super long time. But then we came to at&t and Tia helped us out, she was knowledgeable, smart, and she really made them feel comfortable the whole time we were there, and she saved me money on my bill every month!!!!! . I’ve been an at&t customer for a long time and this was hands down the best service I’ve received from any store. Thank you TIA!!!!!

I upgraded to the IPhone 13 Pro Max. I ordered my phone on Monday night and received it Wednesday, super fast. Alan went above and beyond to help me on deciding what phone and getting everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone after it came in. I’ve been with ATT for 20 years now and I have to say Alan was amazing. If you need help, go to see Alan the customer service is amazing.

I went in last Thursday to trade in my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 13 and Chelsea was amazing! She made the process fast and easy. I was in and out in no time! I have 0 complaints.
