Best sandwich on taraval, this guy knows what he's doing. I've watched him slamming through sandwiches 3 at a time I was about to call him Gene the machine but dared not to. He's got his own secret sauce it's amazing!! He gets pretty busy around lunch time so be sure to get your order in ahead of the crowd. And don't stand in his doorway !! you'll have to go here to find out why!!

Gene (Hamik) took back over the store as of yesterday. From that racist woman who had it the past two years. Sandwiches are back on point and great service. He needs all the support he can get. It’s back to the way it was a few years ago 👌

From the outside, this place looks like your typical corner store, but the locals know it's where some of the best sandwiches in the city are made. The bread that Gene uses is one of the softest and flakiest that you'll ever have. My go to is turkey with avocado added (extra charge). Support your local shops and give this place a try!

Was walking by the shop this AM after getting coffee and saw Gene back behind the counter running things. So glad to see the shop back under his management!

Huge deli sub guy and I’ve been looking for something that just tastes homemade yet with a great taste I have to tell you this place was the best compared to all the other hundreds outside. I highly recommend it. great job you guys. I went by other reviews and the reviews totally match the taste. Let me tell you the size of these things are literally worth your money you’re like getting a $30 sandwich for just $10 so happy about this place

Totally unsuspecting place but they have great sandwiches! You must try the atomic sub, it's absolutely delicious and the prices are great for the size of sandwich you get!

We had a big order and people were lining up behind us. The sandwiches were made quickly and as deliciously as usual. Totally worth the drive across town.

This place was open on Christmas (early in the day), which allowed me to get the beer I needed for party, when other places were closed. I was surprised to find a delicious deli inside. The owner was very friendly and appreciative of my business.

Someone bought me a turkey sandwich from this place and I'd loved, therefore I'd went to get another a week later. Really good sandwiches!
