The pharmacy assistant who worked on Sep 1 afternoon/evening shift was very helpful and pleasant. He is male and has curly, long hair and has a ready smile to the clients of the store. He offered help to me and just impressive people skills all in all!

This Walgreens is the best. The store staff are time nicest people. Day or night. They are always there to help. From the pharmacy staff to the cashiers, the makeup department to photos. There is not one mean it unhelpful person. We go there when we can't sleep. It's staff and everyone is friendly. It's worth it t to pay a little for good service. I go to cvs now because of my insurance.... definitely not the some service

I like the Walgreens on Broadway and Jessica the best out of all of the different locations throughout Tucson. I myself have always been treated with respect and courtesy here. Not to mention I'm usually in and out of that store at least twice a day since they almost always have whatever it is that I need. Their overall prices are great and I always end up getting a ton of rewards points that come in handy. The personal care products can be a little pricey at times though but you pay for the convenience. As far as their pharmacy, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians they're top notch, very professional. Whenever I have to pick up a script they don't give me the runaround like CVS or Safeway have done to me in the past. When they say it'll be ready at 3pm chances are you could show up at 2:30 and still be good to go. I also appreciate how clean they keep the store...even before covid broke out. Their liquor section also has quite the selection...haha. The only thing that I find disappointing is that they are no longer a 24 hour location but that's because they had a lot of riff raff causing problems late at night and they were also held up a handful of times late night too. But that was almost ten years ago. I haven't had any issues with crazy crackheads at that store since it became a regular stop for the police on duty in the area. Anyways, thanks Walgreens for taking care of me all these years.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I've had a provider who has made some mistakes on several different occasions and the staff has always been helpful and patient with me and my provider. I'm also very pleased with the ample hours and short wait times at this location.

Big thank you to pharmacist Keith needed an emergency supply for my client and had it all ready when I arrived. Thank you so much Keith u were a big help for me today I appreciate it.

Everything you can want in a pharmacy

There is very nice people that work here, It's clean. The shelves are always full. Customer service is spot on.

I love this store staff members are always ready to help. Sometime it's the customers that are so rude.and the shoplifters that ruin it for every one.
