McDonald's

I was in town randomly. Stopped omw to work almost turned around because of how busy they were, like 10 cars who had not ordered yet. I was in and out in no time (like 3 minutes) food was correct and hot. But the biggest thing was how polite and professional the workers were, whoever took my order, took my money and the one who handed me my order. I wish this place was on my way to work everyday. Well done

Audonna and Leroy were fantastic, this morning. I had an issue, but they fixed it for me, no problem. Very polite and my food was made perfectly. Thanks again.

The drive-thru at this location has consistently great service. Some days I stop by in the morning, others in the afternoon on my way home. Regardless, they are consistent. Unlike some other McDonald's, I can't remember the last time they made a mistake on my order, it's rare that they have to pull a car out of line because your order isn't ready, and they are pleasantly cheerful. A++ to the staff and managers of this location.

Great service, decent food. And not that this is a factor but the woman that served me was absolutely gorgeous.

I go to McD about once a month. I love it but it's very pricey nowadays so I always use the deals found on the app

These 5 stars are specifically for their Sausage Mcmuffins (Breakfast). Their breakfast is amazing, but their lunch food is eh. I got a burger pink as hell from them..after that I stopped getting their lunch. I'll get there breakfast from time to time though !

This McDonald's is the bomb! The staff is so nice. The restroom was clean and stocked. I told the manager what an awesome experience.

I went to McDonald's in Auburn mass and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the restaurant clean and the service was very good and the food was good and I was impressed with how the employees concentrate on their work and the manager and the employees are doing a very good job with taking customers orders and keeping the napkins,straws, well stocked and the tables and chairs,windows, bathrooms clean and I would go back there again and I would recommend McDonald's in Auburn mass to everyone to go for good customer service,good food,good employee service.

What can I say, it’s McDonalds! I go here every once in awhile when on a road trip and I need clean and reliable, and tasty too.

I just came through the line there and the guy at the window was amazing!!!!! He is a whole vibe best experience with a Mcdonalds I’ve ever had when he is there wish I knew his name I did ask the lady at the next window think his name is jay. It is true when people say you never know what kind of day someone is having !!! He made it better

Stopped at this McDonald's on our way along the Mass Pike. The person at the window taking the order and giving us our food was very friendly and obviously happy and enjoying their job. The food was of course McDonald's food which was good. Worth a stop.

Pretty good McDonald’s, I ordered through the app and got a McFlurry, strawberry shake, and ice cream. The ice cream was all very creamy! I went in to get the food and the people were all very nice. The bathrooms were all clean too which was good. And as usual, the service was nice and fast.

Rating based on how this McDonald's compares to other McDonald's. This was fast and tasted fine. Easy on/off of I80.

I had been reticent to use the McDonald's app to place orders. But the drive through line was out to the street (2 lanes). So I parked in the curbside pickup area and fired up the app. Quick as a bunny I had placed my order. Even scored a two for one deal on my quarter pounder with cheese. A mere 7 minutes later (the drive through was still packed) my order was delivered and I was on my way.

Very very clean when I brought my two girls. A man had cleaned off the table and seats. I've never been to a McDonald's that was so clean. Very good lighting, booths and atmosphere. Almost like going to a restaurant than a fast food joint. And the people were professional and kind

Walked in a couple minutes past 10pm on a Sunday night. Ordered a double signature craft recipe and it was great. The staff were all extremely nice and very friendly together as a group. They were all doing there jobs and chatting but not complaining about anything which I feel I never experience in any restaurants this time of the night. It being a McDonald's and the good energy from the staff made for just a great experience. The place was extremely clean and updated on the inside. Had to tell one of the staff before leaving it was just a great end to our busy weekend to come into a clean McDonald's for a late quiet quick fresh meal and leave satisfied.

Very polite employees. Fastest breakfast I ever got. Tables very clean. I got the big breakfast. Pancakes light and fluffy. Eggs cooked perfect. The sausage was moist and delicious. Where else can you get an excellent cup of joe for a buck. AAA rating in my book.🤗🤗

There was someone trying to take the donation box at the register in front of all the other customers and STAFF! No one said or did ANYTHING! That's APPALLING!
