Went to the River & Craycroft Walgreens to try to do some photo printing.
All 3 employees which were there, were all very helpful &friendly.
I was very impressed.

Pharmacy staff really went to bat for me with a new medication that would have cost over 1000 dollars. The Pharmacist was on the phone for at least 45 minutes calling multiple people to try and get me this particular med!!! The techs were also very nice and helpful.

Great pharmacy and friendly employees.
Cashier lady defended me and my pup from another crazy customer that was yelling at me because my pup barked at another kid.
I really appreciate her professionalism and compassion handling a situation that is already embarrassing for me.

I love our neighborhood Walgreens. The friendly staff are always helpful and very nice. I'd specifically like to mention Terry. Everytime I walk through the doors I'm always looking for Terrys friendly welcoming smile and kind words.

Left my wallet at the front register without knowing today. They went through the trouble by asking the pharmacy to find my phone number through my name on the driver’s license. Really appreciate everyone that involved. Thank you!

So far out of ALL the Walgreens in this town this is the ONLY one that is competent and nice!

Just like any other Walgreens

This pharmacy used to be well run. Now not so anymore. I notice a lack of communication in general between techs and pharmacists and with the public in general. It would be nice if persons working the drive thru had head sets instead of a regular phone. And if they give you a different variation of one of your meds, to give you a heads up. I had a not so good reaction to a varied med.

They don't have an ATM at this location anymore because of a past incident with theft. Ridiculous, considering that this is one of the nicest areas in Tucson. I really wish they had one here. Most Walgreens stores do. Also the energy was lacking—not many customers. If you are looking for a Walgreens with an ATM there's one down the road a bit on Grant & Swan that has an AllPoint ATM, and that location is open 24/7.

Today I received an automated call from Walgreens asking if I was going to pick up a long overdue and vital prescription. I chose the YES option. Finally it was available. Not. Just minutes later I was told at this .location that the prescription IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM...I was not at all surprised.
Walgreens and this location specifically seems to be doing business as SNAFU.

Recently I called about a different prescription and was told that it was unavailable be cause it had probably been put back into stock because I had not picked it up...moments later I received a text that it was ready...far too quickly for them to have refilled it.

They seem incompetent, lazy and uninterested in customer service.

Walgreens is on the whole becoming less and less coherent and reliable.
