I really haven't had a bad experience like everyone else has in the reviews- it's a good location! Clean, and all my experiences have been positive.

This location is amazing. They get super busy sometimes, but they are always working hard to help everyone. The pharmacy staff is super friendly and always greets me by name. The pharmacy manager went above and beyond to get my father's perscriptions prepared. She was also able to give me my flu shot and it was painless!

The pharmacy staff here are extremely professional and welcoming, I have to say the best CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with

CVS on Houghton is amazing. Very friendly and theyale easy to renew my prescriptions.

Andrea helped me so much. I was given a phone number to call to make an appointment for a covid shot which came out in Sep 2022, at my doctors direction. I am 78, I have COPD and am on oxygen when I sleep. I tried to make an appointment for 4 days, 2 times into the store, and several phone calls. Monday came and I could not confirm my appt for the shot. I went back to the store and they could not find a record. Andrea took over and within 1/2 hour I had the shot and felt a great sense of relief. She provided excellent customer service. This was in CVS on Golf Links and Houghton.

Joe was amazing at helping me save money on the items I purchased today! He was a class act!

I had a difficult time finding specific products approved for me Aetna card. Also the card is marked debit but had to be run as credit before finally bring approved.

Always a clean restroom and a constantly friendly staff.
I useally limit my transactions to cold beverages and a restroom stop.
On today's visit, my cashier Linda, she was exceptional in her customer service skills, extreamly personable and highly professional.

Had some issues with my prescription, they went above and beyond to help me. A breath of fresh air from the typical "not my problem" attitude that so many Tuscon medical providers and east side Walgreens have.

CVS at Houghton & Golflinks rocks!! I went into the pharmacy and spoke to Jennifer. She was extremely helpful with my prescription questions and also got me set up for my flu shot. Pharmacist Steven administered the shot. NO PAIN!! Yay!!

All staff knows their stuff and their store. Friendly and very helpful. Thanks for being there for me every time!
