Great service. Extremely professional. I am having my prescriptions moved from the store just a few miles down. The difference is night and day for how these stores operate! So happy to have found a pharmacy near me that I don't dread going to.

Everytime I walk into this store I always get a really warm greeting from whomever might be working there. I am usually in there looking for cosmetics and the staff is always helpful. There is one young lady that works the register that is always so sweet and I am told her name is Brandi. I know you ladies probably don't get paid a lot for what you do, but thank you. It's nice to go to a place that's so consistent.

It’s your typical Walgreens, over worked and under paid personnel doing their best. Sadly this day in age their best isn’t enough for the customers who only think about them selves and their wants. Over all it’s a great Walgreens. My experience with the pharmacy staff exceeds expectations no drive through though.

Some of the employees are great. Others in the pharmacy are not. Once upon a time the staff was perfect and then they switched all the staff in the pharmacy except 2. The Male is amazing the women as I see below has already been mentioned as somewhat of a trouble maker. She was rude to me and I put my foot down. I will not be dehumanized because of medicine I am prescribed. I'm sure they get all walks of life going into this place but as I told her she doesn't get to judge. She seems to make the process more difficult. The women at the front of the story. Older ladies and the photo woman is amazing. It's one specific person making this place unbearable!

Update: 29 Nov 23. Not sure who answers the phone but they need some training in customer service. Extremely rude. I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

I went there today to pick up my prescription and was mind-blown that the pharmacy was closed. The pharmacy is not open on the weekend. To think that a drugstore closes its pharmacy on the weekend while Fry's (a grocery store) has theirs open. It's time for me to switch pharmacies.

Rude pharmacy techs. Snippy and short with their customers even when you kill them with kindness. Also quite argumentative over something as simple as clarification (I was right) regarding Covid vaccine qualifications… when I tried to explain what I read on the CDC website I was quickly interrupted and basically shushed so that she could get clarification from the pharmacist rather than simply allow me to finish speaking. RUDE AF & charger $42 for the flu shot because my insurance has lapsed. 🙄

Golf links & Harrison pharmacy staff...... THE WORST!!! Sudah (pharmacist) was the only nice person there and they moved her to another store..... I made a point to ONLY go there when she was working.....now we are stuck with all the rude, unprofessional pharmacist and Technicians. (Especially the older woman with dyed green hair. She is THE WORST) Been going there for over 20 years....enough is enough! I am moving to another companies pharmacy!!

The Pharmacy staff at this Walgreens needs to be FIRED today! The heavy set, middle aged blond pharmacy technician and the heavy set, green haired assistant were not only unfriendly and impolite, but downright RUDE!! The blonde technician didn't even bother to come over to the counter to speak with me, instead she yelled from back of the room! Demanding that she know, from my doctor, why I take two different strengths of a certain medication before she can fill them. WHAT?? Are You kidding me? Did she just become a doctor? It's not her job to know. Her job is to fill prescriptions, not to decide what I should and should not be prescribed! And besides, I have been taking these medications, this way, for many years now. I'm sure they have a record on file somewhere. I have never been spoken to or treated this badly by any Walgreens employee, Ever!! For years I have been getting my prescriptions filled at a different Walgreens (Golflinks/Kolb) Never had any problems, never treated badly. The only reason I came to this location (Golflinks/ Harrison) was that it is closer to my new house. What a huge mistake! Which I resolved by getting my prescriptions back from the AWFUL blonde woman, drove to my previous Walgreens, with a smile and a friendly "how can I help you", 15 minutes later and a" thank you, have a nice day", I was on my way with the prescriptions that my Doctor prescribed to me. It was nice to be treated politely and professionally again. My 12 year old son even noticed the immense difference in the way I was treated at the two locations, and was shocked! Those two woman give the face of Walgreens a bad name. They should be in a cubicle somewhere, with no contact with customers at all!!!

The pharmacy at EVERY SINGLE Walgreens is an actual joke. I went in today with 4 prescriptions for my very sick son. I drop them off and only had his medical insurance card on me. After some grief I told them I'll just pay without insurance. An hour later I come back and continued to get grief about the prescription card. I was quoted over 200 dollars for the prescriptions. After letting the pharmacist know I had just picked up prescriptions 2 weeks ago and didn't have this issue at CVS I was basically treated like I was dumb and spoken down to with no help what so ever. I requested my scripts back and took them to CVS where I had no grief, was treated as an equal and paid 25 total for my prescriptions. I will NEVER step foot in Walgreens again. I was also informed by the pharmacist at CVS that Walgreens doesn't accept my insurance, which would have saved everyone hassle had they been helpful in anyway and just told me that from the beginning. Joke.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They move like lava, slow. They only have one person working the pharmacy most the time, which is stupid.
