My husband and I came into for new shoes. We were immediately greeted by Shawn who was phenomenal! He took such great care of us, answered all our questions, and made sure we were well taken care of and satisfied with our choices. Thank you Shawn for to excellent customer service!!

Great store with outstanding customer service. Sarah was so knowledgeable and a great help to me. I came in the store with no idea about nutrition and wanted to get some recommendation for my first marathon. I was clearly struggling and it didn't take long for Sarah to come help me. She walked through all the different products with me, explaining everything in detail, giving me great recommendations what I should try in my training runs and even got her manager to give me a second opinion since everybody has different preferences. They really took their time to help me finding the right nutrition for my race and gave me some great advice for my upcoming marathon. I tried some different gels and jellies in my training runs and went back the next week. Sarah directly remembered me and was interested how things went. I was able to ask some more questions and got some more advice. Great Experience, I can only recommend the store and definitely will be back.

Thanks for the great service and selection. I have a very narrow foot and you were able to fit me. My new shoes are fantastic. I appreciate having a place to go and try shoes on. It makes it so much easier to make sure I get the right fit.

The Fleet Feet team member helped me as soon as I walked in the door. I was impressed by the foot-measuring technology they have. He told me that I had been wearing shoes/sneakers too small that were pinching my toes. He found a pair of Pickleball sneakers in my new size. This was much better than discount stores where you're on your own. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a new pair of sneakers.

Sean is very knowledgeable about running. He was able to scan our feet and recommend good running shoes. This has helped my son stay healthy and excel in cross country and track. I, for the first time in my adult life, have been able to stay healthy while running. On our second visit, Sean knew we were coming and set a pair of shoes aside that he thought would be good for my son. When we arrived, Sean was helping another customer, but he was able to hand the shoes to my son to try on while he finished with the other customer. We continue to be impressed with Fleet Feet.

I was looking for comfortable walking shoes and the sales person, Nick approached me within a minute of walking into the store. He was very knowledgeable about the shoes, very patient with me and it was all around a great experience. I will definitely be getting all of my athletic shoes from Fleet Feet in the future!!! I had suffered foot pain for some time now and after deciding against purchasing a competitor store's inserts, I decided to try Fleet Feet. The gentleman at the Tanque Verde location was knowledgable, patient, and treated me with care. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and very pleased with my purchase.

Cannot recommend Fleet Feet enough. Their food scanning and analysis process is truly one of a kind. I had a problem with the pair I initially got (my fault). My husband and I went to the Tanque Verde store and was helped by Anne on Saturday, December 30th. She asked me the issues I was having with my feet. She scanned my feet and talked with me about what type of walking shoes I would need. She brought out three different brands for me to try. She discussed the pros and cons of each shoe, I ended up buying the first pair she brought out and a pair of sandals. Anne took her time with us and answered all our questions - we will definitely be going back to buy more! I no longer have back pain since I have been wearing the sandals and walking shoes. I LOVE Fleet Feet!!
