Chris has been so helpful and patient with me cuz I'm old school & a simple 70 yr old guy and all the stuff in how to understand these modern cell phones drives me bananas. Chris has helped me so much & has been so patient that I can't thank him enough. Chris is a good hearted, kind and patient young man.

Marcos hooked up my plan in no time at all- he was honest and helpful- didn't try to get me with a bunch of useless charges and fees. Jovan was totally amazing. He spent over an hour and was so patient. I had been with metro for a week and hated the phone along with the program.This is an employee that goes above and beyond.

I thought this store was great. It wasn't busy and I was in and out. I went in to switch my service to them because boost mobile suddenly stopped working at my home after two years. Roberto was very nice and he even offered me to take his phone to my home to see if it worked. Although I chose not to, that was pretty awesome that he offered that to me. I was in and out of there within 30 mins. It took a little longer because I had to call and get my old account number to port my number or I would have been out sooner. I would definitely recommend this store over any other store.
