We've experienced delightful & genuine kindness, consistently from all the staff members located at THIS UPS.

Especially with the most courteous assistance of all UPS we've known, Richard. He is always thoughtful, from the very first time he had helped us.... It feels like a decade ago.

Sweet, gentleman Jean V. diligently devotes himself at UPS & goes out of his way to take great care of his clients with tender compassion & detailed competence. He is truly loyal to his profession. Jean quietly, but heavily values how his customers feel & how well we've been taken care of.

This UPS store has always been classy clean & smoothly organized. This location is & has been the most pleasant UPS store experiences we've encountered. That's why this is our favorite UPS store. 😊

GREAT customer service. Jean went above and beyond for me. I was about to be late to pick up a very important package. He helped me with directions and waited on me because he knew that I was flying out of town the next day.
I will bring all of my UPS business to this location from now on.

I come here pretty often and I can confidently say that I do appreciate their service here. When I come in, i'm usually serviced by Alyssa and I can tell that she is very competent in what she does.

Richard at this UPS Store has been one fantastic representative. Although being in a different state he was able to assist me with my shipping issue. I highly recommend this location for they know how to get the job done!

I LOVE this place because JEAN & son Richard are absolute sweethearts. They are kind & sweet and the exact type of business owners you’d want to support. I have never walked in that door without being greeted with a smiling face. Honest, accurate & beyond helpful. I go out of my way to deliver packages in and out of this UPS specifically. They are wonderful & I can’t rave enough about them.

I have had very good experiences with this UPS store. They are always helpful, kind and willing to help. I have never had issues with leaving returns, making copies and once they assisted me with the computer for a passcode. Always patient.

Best place to return Amazon packages without printing packing slip, they pack it for you! I gave 5 stars because Jon was so nice and let me in a few minutes after he closed. This is my new favorite shipping store 👍

Excellent customer service. We had some difficulty finding the tracking number because we did not save the receipt. The store manager, Jean Viel, went above and beyond and spent time searching records until he found it. And we appreciate the extra effort.

This store has consistently been helpful every time I have been in. I do not understand the awful reviews, other than being fake reviews!!! The owner stayed open a few minutes after closing last Saturday to take a return to Amazon for me and another customer. He couldn’t have been nicer and as well, all the other employees have been the same.......I appreciate having this store so close to my home and their helpful attitude! Thank you Mr Jean.

janelle you sound crazy. Why would you file a lawsuit when you could cancel the money order? Why would someone steal a money order made out to a business? Maybe you just didn't put it in? People like you are why the saying, 'the customer is always right', is not true because you're wrong.

Always friendly and helpful. Will always give you a receipt for a UPS drop off...not all UPS stores do that.
