Amazing store! The Supervisor Carlos was a great help. He took the time to process everything I needed in a timely and effortless manner. I had notary, scanning, plus shipping done in less than 15 mins. Thank you Carlos!

Carlos and his crew at this location have been like my personal assistance for the last 9 years scanning emailing copying faxing and helping me with so many different projects

I no longer buy printer cartridges paper and deal with all the technology hassles.

You just get out of the car walk into this location and they make everything happen
Much less expensive than maintaining your own equipment buying ink and cartridges

Nowadays when you buy a new laptop it's obsolete by the time you get to the parking lot

This location always has the newest equipment and professionals who know how to use it

This is the Only place I will go for my postal/mailing/shipping needs! (There are a couple places closer to me, but I make the drive for the service I receive Here). After the death of my mother, I’ve needed notary, fax, and email services. I can barely think straight, but the staff here takes my stacks of papers and professionally completes all the necessary tasks.
I will forever use this location for all of my postal needs.

Update a year later- still the best UPS location. Every time I go in they are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. The positive energy of the owner is refreshing and makes me want to return.

Everyone was extremely friendly. Was greeted as soon as we walked through the doors and the associate that took care of us was amazing.

I use this UPS almost on a daily basis for the past 8 years. Eric, Michelle, Jordan, and Carlos have exceptional customer service. Staff is top notch. As I was walking out the other day I passed a customer coming in and she said to me, “doesn’t it feel like family in here?” Yes it does!!!!!!

Michelle is always happy and bubbly and a very helpful. She helped me out with copies and sending them by email , when I had no idea what I was doing, and I appreciate that

I am almost afraid to rave too much, but they deserve it! Convenient location for everything. I can ship packages, return Cox and Direct TV equipment, fax things, and now I have found out they even do my Amazon returns !! I have never had to wait more than a minute, and all personnel are extremely polite and knowledgeable. I am SO happy to have found this UPS store and will continue to use it for all my needs.

2023 update! I am raving again about this store. I came in with a document to upload from my tablet, others to be scanned, as well as correspondence to be forwarded and more to be faxed. I was keeping my fingers crossed that they would be able to help me. Madison waited on me and was a techie superstar. Everything I needed was taken care of with efficiency and a big smile the whole time. I know now that I won't be replacing my printer. The cost of the printer, ink, etc. gets excessive, and UPS was SO inexpensive.

Employees always say hi when I walk in and acknowledge me and always have really good service. It’s fast and they’re nice.

I really appreciate the staff here. They are always so helpful when i bring in items to be packaged and mailed. They are friendly and engaging, and make every interaction very pleasant. Excellent customer service in my experience. It's been difficult for me to manage even packaging stuff with my cursed MS, so they gladly do all that stuff for me. Makes my life so much simpler.

I have been a customer at this store for many years. They are great! I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile, a hello and even friendly conversation. The service is top notch. I travel a lot and Carlos Robles takes care of everything for me while I'm gone to include holding my packages and forwarding my important mail. I can even call the store to check on things saving me a drive into town. I would recommend this store and Carlos to anyone! Great job guys, keep up the good work!

The customer service here is fast, reliable,and inviting. I even had a problem with a delivery and a young lady went out of her way to seek out the package and a possible solutions to my issue. It was all handled in no time!

Michelle let me airdrop my files to her, it was amazing 10/10 service.

So I have gone here a few times and have had great experiences. On the rare occasion they didn’t have a notary or some thing I needed they rapidly found a solution. They have done a great job packing and shipping or processing both amazon and medical equipment returns. Truly deserving of five stars. Always have worked to get me in and out of the store with speed and efficiency even when they were busy. The employees are friendly and helpful and even given me great advice on who to call at corporate when my packages kept being delivered to one street one digit different than the street I live on.
