We walked in at 7:15 at night with a (to us) crisis on our account....they close at 8. Jessie was so helpful and calm and explained all the details for us. We left better understanding our plan and breakdown of charges. This store is beyond helpful and knowledgeable.

Carson was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful as my mother and I made new phone purchases. He made a stressful process easy for us. We believe he is a trusted employee and deserves recognition for his wonderful customer service.

Carson was a great help with upgrading my phone. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with what he was doing. I would give him 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Today I experienced an extremely high level of customer service from Chris at this Verizon location on st. rd. 64 in Bradenton.
Chris listened, understood my situation and did everything to help. When I ran into an issue, he went above and beyond what was necessary and simply did what was needed to ensure I left with a working phone.
My experience there was outstanding and I highly recommend the services at this store.
The rest of the employees were pleasant and helpful as well.

We stopped in this location on a whim because our store close to home was closing before we could make it. The two young gentleman that helped & were available at the time were awesome. I would recommend this location for questions or new phones. They are incredibly kind and patient for how busy they were, made us feel welcome & appreciated.

We went in today to look at phones. We've been with Verizon for years and heard about the current awesome deals for everyone - new and old customers. Eric met us at the door and talked with us for a l-o-n-g time. He was very good and kind, not pushy at all. (We've been to other locations that are super pushy). He did a great job of showing us what are options were and let us see and hold the phones which really helped since you can't always tell by the description. Yes, we ordered the phones we wanted and are very pleased with the service. Great location.

I just am not able to say enough great things about this staff! Eric not only went above and beyond while I was in the store, but when I couldn’t finish my transaction (not at all their fault) he called me to follow up and check to see if I was able to get the information needed. He went so far as to give me an alternate persons name that would be in later that day that could assist me. Today while in the store completing the transaction Ty stepped in and was so super helpful and assisted getting me in and out in a flash! Great job Verizon on these two phenomenal employees! They truly made me feel like family and I will continue give them all of my business!!

I’ve had a lot a bad experiences with other phone stores but I’m so glad I came here and found Martin. He explained everything clearly, laid out all my options, and listened to what I needed not just trying to sell me on the most expensive phone. He had me in and out so fast. 5 star guy and 5 star store!

Ty and David provided EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They went above and beyond to help my family with a complicated transfer of services. When my family attempted to transfer from Consumer Cellular over to Optimum Mobile, the process became daunting and convoluted. We essentially gave up and decided to transfer to Verizon instead. Unbeknownst to us, our actual cell phone numbers were lost in the process. Ty and David spent over two hours to sort out the mess made by the other two carriers and helped us to get affordable coverage with Verizon. They must have made three or four different lengthy calls with the other carriers. Their patience, product knowledge, professionalism, and determination to simply help us out is why I am giving them 5 stars. They even stayed an entire hour after closing time. This particular Verizon store and these two employees have earned my family's business and loyalty for many years to come.

What great service provided here! Very close to the interstate and easy to get to. Jesse was very accommodating and took care of our needs entirely! The other guy that was working was equally as nice and helpful. Jesse even tried to get the best deal for us when changing phones. So don’t wait and go to this location and see Jesse!

Transferred from my parents phone plan to my own and got a new iPhone 13 & watch to go with. Jessie helped me through the whole process with such ease I was able to continue working on a project for work in the store. I highly recommend this branch!

Amazing customer service at this store. Martin was a great help in choosing my new phone, went over all the new aspects of two different brand phones for me. Was nice to see that people are in your store are willing to meet all of the customers needs with a good attitude. Will surely be back again!

There were three associates in the Verizon office when we visited on 6.21.2022 at 8:00 pm. We upgraded two phones on two different accounts. All three of the associates were very helpful, kind and funny. They made our experience easy and it was actually enjoyable. Paola was really great with my daughter. We would most definitely recommend stopping in to see them if you need help or a new product.

Our experience at this Verizon location is the best one we have ever been to. Patrick and Ty took us right away and were super helpful during the entire process. We were upgrading 4 phones at the same time and they were so patient with us. As an added bonus, Patrick even waited until after his shift was over to walk my daughters and I to our car since it was already so late at night! Highly recommend this location above any other!

So so so glad this store opened. I had the pleasure of working with Eric. This staff is the best in any cell phone store I have ever been into. I activated 3 new Iines and he had several associates constantly stepping in to help. He opened the door both in and out for me. This outfit is a true class act. It's certainly becoming more difficult to find happy and smiling employees. They were so friendly and I won't take my business anywhere else. Ever.

Mitchell was really awesome. He helped me get a great deal on an iPhone 13. He transferred all my data to the new phone. The store looked really clean. He greeted me at the door and explained everything very well. Definitely the store to go to

Go To Martin! Martin was very informed on all device and plans offered by Verizon. Went here to upgrade on my cellular device and he got me a great deal on a new IPhone where I now pay less than what I was paying at T-Mobile with better service and a better phone!

Ty at this Verizon store is beyond amazing and went above and beyond to fix an issue that a combined 10 hours on the phone with Verizon could not. One hour and all was smoothed out. He was kind, friendly, professional, and loves what he does. If I could give him more stars I would!
