CVS

I've been coming to this location for over a year, all the workers are great! They are friendly, patient and very helpful. I have seen at times they are under staffed, but they still manage to do great work. Us clients need to be patient too!

My Testimony on yesterday please read this is a good store to shop at yesterday on my Birthday I was sitting at the money gram machine to pay a bill and a car crashed into the wall, I was sitting there and did not get hurt Halleluiah thank you jesus they followed emergency procedures well, when we ran outside electrical lines had fallen, the people that work in the store was so helpful the African American girl that work at the cash register followed emergency procedures well glad everyone was ok and the driver and people involved, I know it was God's glory and protection I had a dream 2 days before this happen of a car crash with me involved but God protected me and my neice and he did because I was sitting right next to that wall where that car crashed and it didn't come through the wall, this was confirmation of God's glory and miracles amen. I was able to tell some people in that parking lot about my dream and to pass out gospel tracks to my church, God saved our lives from destruction, this is the second dream I had this month the first one was a shooting and the next day it happened and then this God is definitely speaking, stay prayerful always because we never know what can happen, the devil lost again amen, I will never forget this birthday 45 years and blessed amen, thank you CVS workers for your patience and helping us, but that store shook so hard it felt like a 8.0 earthquake but God is powerful, sincerely, resa I had left because I went to Bible study at church.

I called to check on my photo order and Sebastian let me know their machine wasn’t working correctly so the quality was not up to par. He called around to find a close location to take care of my order for me. He apologized profusely for the issue and the wait time. I think when there is good service, good explanations and the willingness to take the time to find an alternative…one needs to praise the customer service. Thank you Sebastian for helping to correct the issue.

I can't relate to the bad reviews. I 100% prefer the CVS experience vs Target and Walmart. I travel all over LA and my lucky day this store was stocked with what I needed. Most CVS in the area are low in stock of many items. I recommend buying fragrance at this store. It's the real deal and save. I usually buy at Macy's. My YSL Black Opium smells amazing the Eau de Parfum version I bought at this store. I'm very happy with it. $56 with taxes vs $110 plus tax at a big department store. I used my CVS coupons.

I love the self checkout option at this store. Especially when I can bypass the long line and walk right up to the register.

Great customer service. My photo came out poorly and they helped me reprint it for no fees.

The lines were pretty short and marked for people to stand with 6 feet of distance. Cashier mentioned due to Covid-19 not able to give cash back until further notice.
