I go to JCP Salon in Carson for my hair styling by Rebecca, master styler. She always greets me, listens to my stories and puts the perfect color match in my "natural" hair. I've gotten so many compliments since she has been taking care of my hair needs. The styling needs for me as a senior are still important. I appreciate having my hair needs met locally by someone who truly loves doing hair.

I enjoy shopping for specific clothing brands here. They have good deals every now and then. Customer service is always good, including online pickup and return.

Return some running tops that were too big. The associate that does returns was so friendly and understood about sizing being too big sometimes.

It's a fantastic store with great promotions. Due to the affordable prices, I got a nice blazer and was tempted to buy jewelry that I don't need.

Having someone in the jewelry section who was both informative and polite was a great experience. The best part is that I now have a credit card! That was a great deal!

Everytime I go I find the store clean and the clothes are well display. The only concern is they need to open more registers

It's great to have a local mall where I have an opportunity to shop, go to the post office and get my hair styled. J C Penny gives me a store in which to shop for a variety of items and get my hair done. I bought beachwear for my summer vacation and went to the hair salon to have Rebecca, master stylist, work her magic on my hair.

Guess I'm old school, but I just love JC penny's variety and prices. Products are good quality and last. You get your money worth for sure.

Purchased jewelry. Wait for service took a little time, but once associate assisted she was knowledgeable about what they had in stock and the location. Selection was surprisingly large. Excellent service.
First time using pick up. Ordered and paid online.

Found what I wanted, since I was ordering a dress online and they told me they had plenty in stock at this store. And I needed to look for a father's day gift any way! They did have plenty in stock and was having a really good sale and I found an extra coupon on- line so I ended up spending only $ 27 dallors for a $70 dress!!

I bought the two glasses for 99.00. I got an upgrade on one of pairs lenses, my total was 160 or so. That’s still a fair price for glasses. If I bought a pair of MK that would of cost me 400.00. Happy with my glasses and they work.

The two ladies that wk in optical are great. Good customer service. They know how to talk to people. Helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Good luck in your careers ladies, your going places!

Great place to shop. Nice quality clothing sold here. Restrooms out of order but good customer services and the Carson Mall has a free dance class every Thursday evening right in front of J.C. Penny's.

This is the best shopping experience ever you should take your time and look through the cells we got a bonus scratch off at the register deals from scarves and hats for $11.99 compact nice mirrors for $13 and the list goes on happy holidays
