DXL Big + Tall Outlet

I am always greeted kindly when I shop there. The store manager, I think his name was Jimmy, was very kind. The prices are high, and they have sales racks. The quality of the clothing is very good. It's hard to find Big and Tall men's clothing, so coming here I never leave empty-handed.

Able to order items not in your size and send to your house. Good customer service.

This place is great for use big guys current fashions not leftovers from last yr the staff is fantastic and very helpful

I have been to a lot of DXL stores over the years. This one by far was the most organized. The staff was friendly and attentive and there were a number of items on sale.

I went for their black Friday sale and the best thing I can say is that the staff helped me find a shirt that my friends complimented me on so much that I was slightly embarrassed. Thank you, guys.

Excellent service. Michael was very helpful & friendly. He helped me pick out 3 shirts and ordered 2 more to be shipped. I have mostly been shopping online for the last couple years and had forgotten how much help a good customer service representative could be. Michael was outstanding!

Definitely pricey but the staff is so helpful. My brother had a job interview and needed professional clothing so we brought him here and Irving was awesome and helped him find the right size since my brother is more of a t-shirt and jeans kinda guy and hasn’t dressed up in a while. He dressed to impress with their help and got the job!

I went and found wonderful dress shirts. I want to thank Diana, she made the experience highly enjoyable. The recommendations she made were top notch. I love my new shirts. I will definitely be going back. If I remember, I will upload pictures of my in my shirts. 😗

Friendly staff and great selection. Tons of sales items all the time. Did I say the staff was friendly? They’re professional and knowledgeable, too. If you’re looking for big/tall and you’re not shopping here, you’re missing out on great service and quality merchandise.

I was in town for my brothers funeral and forgot my jacket so I was able to find a coat that fit and the sales person was awesome by cutting all the little marketing things off for me so it was ready to wear in the morning. Fantastic customer service.

This is the first time I've been to the Casual Male XL variant of the DXL franchise. My experience was great, the staff was friendly, and the sales were appreciated.

I can't stress enough how wonderful the staff was. Seriously, go here and just experience the customer service level usually reserved for higher end stores. I will definitely be going back, and you should, too.

Great store unfortunately the sizes are too big for me. They have great stuff would recommend. Easy return the worker was great at my local store.
