I visited this couple of times this week. They are very friendly and super helpful.

Today I actually missed one document while placing online order and realized it after I picked up my order. I placed an other order for missing document and staff was very helpful in printing the document immediately rather than asking me to come again when I get ready for pick up mail. Thank You guys!

Three older gentleman helped me get some printer ink at this OfficeMax. I usually go to Office Depot, but I was nearby at Tracer Joe’s. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised with OfficeMax. 😃 I would definitely go here again because of the nice workers. 🙌🏻 I was feeling kind of dizzy, and they gave me a water and let me sit in an office chair while they checked me out. 😍❤🤣

Great location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good inventory of products, clean and well organized store, and quick processing of online orders.

We had a very positive experience when we went in Office Depot to look for a new printer/copier. The salesman who helped us could not have been more helpful in answering our questions and making us feel comfortable about the one we purchased. He made sure we left the store with the ink we needed, and appointment already made for someone to come and set the printer up for us since it is a wireless one and we do not know how to do the set up. He was the A-1 Salesman that you just don’t find in every store these days. I would recommend Office Depot and Mr. Charles Waitzman to anybody who wants the service we used to get back in the service days!

I used the self service scanning. Really simple and easy even to send to my drop box account. I could do double sided color scan so I was very happy to do be able to do this.

Office Depot had a large selection of filing cabinets, and I found the exact one I needed. The sales representative was very helpful in answering questions about the cabinets, calendars, and password word organizers. Good visit. Thank you, Office Depot!

Actually, an above average experience for me, they were a lot of employees roaming around to help you or anything, but the shelves were well stocked and there was a good variety of merchandise. At check out the cashier was super friendly and engaged in conversation and made you feel valued, they gave a personal touch to the experience. I found a variety of similar items, plastic containers for hanging files, online, but you couldn’t tell the quality or what you were getting and you weren’t saving any money so it was great to walk into the store and have at least four different choices and be able to walk out there knowing what you got.

Personnel are very, very funny. The manager is very competent, friendly, easy to work with and helpful!! You will NOT be disappointed shopping at this location. GO THERE! :)

I tried both Staples Alpharetta and OfficeDepot Peachtree corners beforehand and both had such horrible customer service that I came here for business instead. Nancy helped me out and is most helpful and kind. Prices, products, service and timing are much better here than the others.

Very please shopping experience, and we only were there for pens. The cashier was super nice and friendly. It feels great to have human attention and great service even if it is only to buy pens. Funny fact? The lady behind us at the register was there buying the same pens.

Great store. Especially appreciate the print shop. Friendly… Knowledgeable… Professional… Treat me like I really am the most important client that they have!

Kind and helpful staff. Smiles. They gave their all considering I brought along the wrong receipt. Between reward information and credit card, Matt, the manager, figured it out. Who could ask for more than that? Jason also quite helpful.

I had the best experience ever at this location. I was extremely stressed and working against a tight deadline and the people that worked here were the best part of my day. They had so much patience, a good attitude, and were making me smile. To the people who work at the printing center- major major kudos. You guys are awesome.

They had everything I was looking for and Matt even had things in the tuck that I needed and didn’t even know to ask for… that whole team is awesome and when a last minute presentation is in need of a stamp. They can get it done!

Exceptional customer service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the gentleman handling the online pick up was amazing! The item was larger than I thought it would be, and he assisted me with getting it into my vehicle. I was in a rush and did not ask his name, but I am extremely grateful! 5 stars for him!!
