Joey is awesome! I came by for new headlights and for the life of me could not get the old ones out, with one of them already being burnt out. It was already dark outside and driving at night is difficult for me on a good day so I very much wanted to swap them for the new ones in the parking lot to get home safe. I just physically couldn't get the old bulbs to move and Joey was so quick to offer to help me. He was able to get them swapped out in no time, was super nice and funny and helped me not feel silly for not being able to swap the bulbs out by myself. As a woman in an auto parts store I'm always wary of how employees will treat me, but Joey has been incredible every time I've ever come in, not just today. You have a great team member and a forever customer thanks to his fantastic help!

Jose was great! Went to get a new battery and he was quick to assist and get it swapped out. He was kind and professional. This is the only true auto store near by, and he did a great job. I’ll be coming back, thank you!

The advanced auto parts off of Highway 92 rocks! Customer service is outstanding. I received very helpful service from a tech named Joey. He was able to change out the battery very quickly, and also help me with a few other things that the car needed. Will definitely be returning.

Krysti was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was having battery issues and stopped in on my way to work. She tested my battery and let me know I needed a new one. I thought I was going to be late to work but she was so quick and efficient I made it to work on time. She also gave me great information on an Alaskan cruise 😃.

Bruce was awesome!! Helped us with our battery and gave some good advice to get our battery running better.. told us to drive for an hour and come back.. The battery was much better.. he even told us to come back tomorrow to see him if anything happens.. he says that those test are done free of charge.. we walked in expecting to spend $200 on a battery and left with more knowledge of the batter that we already had and didnt spend a dime.. good customer service goes a long way.. we appreciate you so much, Bruce.. hopefully we dont have to come back soon 🤞🤞

Came to this particular store on the strength of other reviews and I have to say: The rumors are true. Was treated like a valued customer from the moment I walked in the door. Had a battery swap done with a small issue that the store immediately made right. Solid gold stars for this location - I will continue to give them all of my business.

I came in 20 minutes before closing and the team was polite and extremely efficient; I was in and out in 15 minutes with my new battery installed. I can’t thank you enough!!!

Customer service at its finest. Pretty simple transaction. Battery dying.... purchase new battery and installed quickly by the team at the store. The true customer service came 5 minutes later when I got a text from the store with a copy of my receipt and letting me know that they were offering a rebate for the battery I just bought and where to find the information to get it on the receipt. Above and beyond!

I guess, it wouldn't be fair to blame the staff, but, aside from no one being able to help due to policy or lack of will, the refrigerant was defective, it just sprayed all over my hands and the port that was supposed to receive it.
Alright, I'm updating my review, I was upset earlier that no knew could add the refrigerant for me, but, I went back in, (Don't worry, I wasn't a jerk! ;))to tell them that instead of receiving the solution it just sprayed all over me and the port and the whole situation was resolved! I'm way happier than when I initially went in!! XD

Good store and helpful staff.

Manager was super helpful and answered all my questions. The store was clean, well-stocked and organized. I did an online order for in store pickup and it was super easy. I was able to use online coupons and cash back and pick up the items within an hour. Their rewards program is really good too!

I came in with a part I needed help to remove for my foam cannon. Doug was really friendly and helped not only remove the fitment but at the same time install my new fitment. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied. This is my go-to place for auto parts since it is close to my house. Great customer service!!

Mark at advance auto parts was very helpful, was polite and found all the parts I needed along with helping recommend the best brands. Made the overall experience better at the store.

We were having an issue with our trailer lights and they were so helpful they let us try a few different things till we found what we needed the salesman was very helpful.

These guys went out of their way, at closing time, to help me with my dead battery situation. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back to their store! Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the two guys that helped me, but I really appreciated their customer service!

I like the new layout at this store. The guys here are pretty knowledgeable and helpful. Good customer service. If you are the type to change your own fluids they do have a recycling tank. My most recent purchase here, new brake pads for a Honda Odyssey. I went with the Gold level pads, not the top of the line pads. Those along with some freshly turned rotors and the minivan is stopping like new again. They don’t turn rotors here by the way.
