Very nice facility.

Like this spot but it can get very crowded inside when they are busy. I like the idea of a subway being part of the store but the building is too small in my opinion. Makes the store look cluttered compared to other convenience stores in the area. I have a good experience almost every time I stop at this location. Staff are quick to help and handle customers well.

After several months of testing due to getting bad milk every few days or so I purchased, my research is complete. Out of over 10 individual milks I have purchased (whole or 2%), only one has been ok. The rest all spoiled. Not the store's fault, but their supplier must be horrible. All are within date oddly and their cooler is cool enough. DO NOT BUY SMALL MILK HERE!! Everything else is great.

They had the highest gas prices in the area.

They do not no how to make subs. You can't see wat they put on them either. I'll never go back for a sub. I ordered a Italian sub with the meat cheese and lettuce. Well they put everything on it. Worst sub ever

Very poor customer service. Would never return or recommend. My car tank overfilled and spilled on the floor. The sensor didn’t stop so I went into the store to report the incident and ask about how to go about cleaning. The manager comes out and asks me “so what do you want me to do?” I re explained the situation and he said I was supposed to be holding the pump and stop it myself when the tank was full. He goes on to tell me not every car can sense and stop on its own, and states I should have stopped it when it was full. Then he asks again what I want him to do? I just told him nevermind I will figure out. The pump have sensors and do stop on their own, this is my first to hear that I have to know when my tank is full as if I can see inside it. Luckily I had some gloves and paper towels in the car.
It would have been nice to just say you haven’t had the experience with such and perhaps hear the customer out and inspect your gaz pump sensor.

Awful customer service—the woman could laugh and talk to her friend on the phone as we're walking in with a smile on her face, but when she got off she said NOTHING to us. Literally NOTHING. Even when checking out she didn't even say the total. Bathrooms smelled like feces and subway, and the store is very disorganized. If you're traveling to Florida, please just go to a nice gas station in Albany instead.

Cashier was very unprofessional,rude and disrespectful. I was at this location with my handicap grandson. I was in the process of putting my grandson back into the vechicle. The manager pulled up and was rude and very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location

The Subway is horrible a big fly was over the food and as this guy was making my sandwich the fly landed on it and he had no reaction just let him sit there “No sir I do not want a sandwich from here you eat it” if his is like that in front of a customer I can only imagine what goes on when no one is around I will not be ordering a sandwich from there anymore only given a star so I can post

Went in to the store with a relatively good attitude, but your store associate a
ALICE made an effort to be really rude for no reason. I usually don't make reviews but sometimes wearing smile instead of an attitude goes a long way. Will NEVER stop at this BP ever again when i pass through albany. Please and thank you. 😅
