Royal Farms

This royal farms has to be hands down one of the cleanest friendly gas stations I’ve been to. When you walk in the workers welcome you in. The chicken and food is very good and fresh. Also at most gas stations you expect the bathroom to be grim and dark, but at this royal farms the bathrooms are bright and clean. This is where I will be buying my gas for now on.

I’m employed here. We are always cooking chicken and potato wedges . Our homemade chicken salad is the best and it’s delicious. I treat each customer with respect.

This is probably one of the best Royal Farms store in the whole region. Lots of pumps, with super easy access even for large trucks, RV's of vehicles pulling trailers. Fuel prices are pretty competitive too.

There's also a carwash here.

The store is itself is usually pretty clean and well stocked. Large variety of ready to eat and made to order food, snacks and beverages. Friendly staff.

Royal Farms on Cromwell Park Drive is the best of them all! The employees are spectacular, I enjoy going every morning to get my coffee and breakfast burrito, and chatting with them. Then coming back at lunch to get the delicious Fresh Chicken. Try it out, you’ll never stop going!

The biscuits were good. Bathroom not the greatest design: no paper towels and you have to pull the handle to exit.

I honestly look forward to making my morning and evening stops here. I love the staff, they always smile and say "good morning". Not to mention the other customers who are also kind and polite. I've had some ruff mornings, yet I always leave this Royal Farms feeling a little better. Thank you!

I'm a truck driver going and coming from BWI almost daily and I love your new store! From the awesome new coffee machines to the well lit fuel pumps for trucks, to always seeing a smile on Cheryl's face! Everything is bright and clean and Cheryl does an excellent job keeping it that way!

My daughter and son I. Law and family went on vacation to California leaving me with thier vehicle to take care of while they were away. The trip to the airport was a little curious as my daughter stated she hopes she has enough charge I her vehicle once we were in the road. Upon arrival at the airport. There was 19 miles left in the vehicle. She drives a Nissan Leaf. We said our goodbyes and off they went and off I thought I went. Well knowing nothing about her electric vehicle I proceeded to find a charging station so that I could get enough charge to get about 25-30 more miles down the road where I was staying.
Her Nissin Keaf has a different charging head than what is normally at these charging stations I did have her charging head in my vehicle in the back. As I went from charging station to charging station. With no success. I found myself down to 0 miles left. I finally came upon a Royal Farms that also had a charging station. But as you can guess. Nope not the right charging head just like the last 6-7 ones I checked out. So I got out of my vehicle and walked around looking for an electrical outlet to plug my charging head I had with me into, I came up empty handed. I went into Royal Farms and explained my situation to the manager that was in duty What a joke. He didn’t have time to even ask let alone listen to what I had to say to him. I walked out into the 93 degree heat and sat in the table that is there fir I Beleive employees or visitors to the store to sit and enjoy a bite to eat or just stretch thier legs. I sat out there in this heat with my dog until my boyfriend was able to get off of work and finally arrived at after 5pm. I had been sitting outside since around 10:30 am.
At the end of the day after a shift change in the store. I went inside to talk to the manager again which was now called Sabastian. Let me tell you. This manager was the nicest young man. He was genuinely concerned about my situation and did everything possible to accommodate and help me. I finally ended up leaving the vehicle over night after speaking with Sabastian
The next day we called the ( what we thought was a tow company) ( named by my daughters insurance company). Only to find out that when the driver arrived at after 5 the next afternoon, was only a kick out company and all he could offer me was to jump my regular battery in the vehicle ( which was fine) But this time earlier in the morning I had called and talked to yet another store manager whom was also helpful and I informed her about the last two managers and the big difference that Sabastian had just made in my day by being kind, considerate, and went above and beyond to assist me in my situation. I again went back into the store to find Sabastian back at work again. I was so relieved to see him at work when we failed to get my vehicle going again, as I was almost petrified that the first manager would be there again. Not caring to hear about my problem or what was going on with the vehicle that had been sitting in his parking lot. After speaking with Sabastian again about the problem I was having getting my vehicle moved from its parking place he again was extremely helpful and accommodating to me letting me k ow that he would make sure a note was placed up for the next manager that was coming in and others so they knew exactly what was going on with the vehicle and that it would be again spending the night in his parking lot. As we speak. I am trying to arrange for a tow company to retrieve my daughters vehicle and deliver it to my boyfriends house
But without the kindness and consideration of your employee and manager Sabastian at the Royal Farms store on Cromwell Pkway in Baltimore, Maryland. My days would’ve been extremely more stressful and aggravating. Thank you to Sabastian for your kindness and concern. It was really very appreciated at the time of my problem and after. K is that you have a very good employee that is watching and also caring for his customers beyond his job description

This is one of the busiest locations I visit and sometimes the line to pay for your item gets annoying. The car wash here does a good job and I use this feature often when I am at BWI for Uber. A good alternative for gasoline if you are topping off the tank for your rental car also.

While there was an issue with my order yesterday. Patrick stepped in and took care of my issue. Customer service is do important to me. Not only did I want to give this review I am now a loyal shopper

Friendly and helpful employees! Always good quality fuel at a decent price, in comparison to other places. A good section of drinks, food and snacks. Three options for a decent carwash.

Great store great service the best chicken in the county

Best gas prices in the area. Always clean and well stocked. Open 24 hrs. Serves (good) food 24 hrs a day. Staff is kind and helpful.

Personally I work at this store in general our customer service is great it depends on the time u come in I can honestly say the chicken I bread and cook is always fresh and good so as far as tom goes idk what time u came in and who served u but it definitely wasn't the hours I worked CUz u wouldn't have had a problem like that with your service if u have a problem with our store be a human being and walk to the front ask for a manager or a customer service leader or if a food service leader is on clock ask for them don't hesitate to ask for them if u have a problem with customer service if u do that it will be handled no reason to leave pissed and bash us on the Internet just cuz of one person that probably had a bad day and didn't handle your order right
