Excellent service from start to finish. Jason was great!! He met us when we walked in, then left us to shop without any pressure, no following us around. It was a great shopping experience. When we made our choice, Jason was very friendly and professional. Delivery 2 days later, and the delivery men were friendly and efficient. Would recommend this location to anyone. Very satisfied!!

Extremely pleased with our experience at the Severn La-Z-Boy location. We were glad to have options for customization vs stocked colors! We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Neway was very professional, patient, friendly and knowledgeable! He even gave recommendations on the fabric we were trying to decide on. Overall pleasant experience and looking forward to the delivery of our new furniture!

My husband and I were very pleased with Lazy Boy. When we stopped by we were quickly greeted by Mr. Hadgu but when we said we were just looking, he let us do just that. I hate when salespeople will not leave you alone. Honestly, when we arrived we had no intention of making a purchase until we found the perfect recliner for us. We ended up buying three and Mr. Hadgu handled our purchase perfectly. We were extremely impressed with the beautiful store, the gorgeous furniture and all the excellent employees there.

We purchased a Morrison recliner, when it arrived everything was neatly packed and organized. Beautiful recliner! The delivery staff Pedro & Julio were organized, professional, and friendly.

Jason, the salesman at the Severn Laz boy location, and the designer spent two hours helping me get started on selecting a sleeper sofa and couch. Very professional and patient. Also impressed with the selection!

They are in the middle of a remodel right now but still had what we were looking to get. The store manager made the process quick and easy. We bought a few pieces that were floor models, so we were able to take them home the same day. Got a good deal for all the pieces we purchased.

Max was great! Entered the store and it was so nice that we weren’t rushed at the door by a salesperson. Took our time to look around. Found what we wanted and then Max proceeded to help us with our order. It was a ver pleasant experience.

Went to La-Z-Boy on a Sunday just to see what they had. I had already visited two previous furniture stores on Saturday. My daughter and I were so excited to see furniture that was not grey in color. Then we spotted a sectional that would go with our color pattern in our living room. I was supposed to be getting a recliner. Max helped us and we were finished with the transaction and a delivery date in less than 30 minutes. The sales prices were great as well. And I was able to spot two lamps and two figurines. Best furniture shopping ever!
