I visited near closing time because I thought the Black Friday sale was almost over. However, FYI, it's been extended. I regret not taking a "shop" class in high school to learn woodworking and welding. Harbor Freight gives me the missed opportunity with their low prices to get my feet wet and dive in at my own pace, without having to drown in debt. I appreciate the many options to fit anyone's current budget and expertise!!!

Picked up everything to rewire old Jeep lights. Aisles are marked clearly and products are well organized. Staff approached ME, to assist in finding what I needed. I really like this Harbor Freight.

I’ve shopped at this location several times. Each visit is always good. Every staff I’ve ever encountered is always friendly, very professional and goes above to try and help. Today I purchased a nail gun for some minor repairs needed around the house and the gentleman who assisted was extremely helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated it!
And I love their lower prices on many things 🤗

Was in about 2 weeks ago to get a bigger floor jack and jack stands. The women working the front of the store were nothing short of amazing. They attempted to find every method via coupons or other discounts to save me more money. Well organized, stocked and efficient. This store is the example for the company unlike the store in Laurel where it's chaotic at best.

Everyone at the store greeted you once you walked in. Willing to assist you. The birthday girl was a blast. Thank you for the holiday spirit and dancing to my awwwwful singing

The old saying is you get what you pay for ! But at Harbor Freight .....you at least get value for the money you do spend ! :) I have been using their tools since they first opened and still have some of those tools and they still operate and work just fine :-) I recently purchased their top off the line sewer auger (see pics) and was very pleased with it ! ,Worked as good as the name brands ive used in the past ! Good craftsmanship, great features and accessories :)

I visited the Glen Burnie store with my husband yesterday around 4 or so. The customer service was absolutely perfect. We were waited on by a lady named Robin, she was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable of the store and products. We will continue to use that location as our main one for home and tool needs. Thanks again to Robin for making our visit enjoyable.

My favorite tool store. If I am traveling anywhere near Harbor Freight Tools I have to stop in just to look around. I always find something that I need. The associates are very friendly and also give a lot of respect toward each other.

Bought a few items and decided instead of a bag ill get a bucket, cashier had already bagged 2 items, i completely forgot and left. On my return i didnt even get fully into the store and cashier apologized and was very sincere! favorite location!

Good place to buy tools for the DIY community

Stopped in here looking for a painter's respiratory mask, this was the closest location to Pasadena. I asked an associate when I entered the store and she pointed me in the right direction. The store was clean and organized. As usual, the prices were good and the variety of products was good. This location is right off Ritchie Hwy, and easily accessible.

Well organized and people ready to assist without 'being in your face'. Outstanding prices and I am still to loose any power tool to quality or durability issues. Continues to be my go to place for tools.

Staff was friendly, asked if I needed help and found an item that I needed that wasn’t on the sales floor. Prices were great as always.

Staff was very helpful and nice, went in for some plumbing materials. I found what I needed easily and was exactly what I needed. I'm glad they had it in stock, it was the last one. I was in and out, quick purchase, check out, good experience overall
