I'm a first time motorcycle owner. From the moment I walked in the store, I was greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly employee who spent an hour helping me select a helmet and other riding gear. I left very happy. Thanks for offering the in person experience and ability to try on different gear to be fitted properly.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff were able to answer my questions and provide the parts and products for my ZX-10R build, although it looked like they are in tune with all the various types of bikes. Thanks Guys!

I'm sorry but I forgot to get the store representatives names but they both were FANTASTIC!!! The clean and organized store had a steady stream of customers and they still were able to make the experience personal. I was in there shopping for about an hour. Awesome, Awesome job!!!

Awesome customer service as always. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Will offer help whenever needed and then more! Very friendly staff as well. They go above and beyond to explain things if you’re confused or are uncertain about specific gear or accessories.

I went looking for a Cardo system for my helmet. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any singles, but they had plenty of Duos. I ended up getting the duo and giving the extra to a friend. Traci installed the Cardo into my helmet, she worked with me on placement of the speakers, the mic, and the Cardo itself on the outside of the helmet. I was very pleased. She even made sure that it was working before I left. I even got to try it out on the ride home. The system is very clear! The caller couldn’t hear any wind noise or the sound of the exhaust from my bike! I am extremely pleased!

Me being a first time rider it was great having someone so friendly willing to help me find the right gear. Helped me find a fitting helmet and even though they didn't have the right color the process of ordering one to send to my house was easy and convenient. Would definitely go back again

Went in to get a tire and tubliss setup for a enduro bike. Was greeted by staff asking if I needed anything. Went up to checkout and I showed them the price online compared to instore and they adjusted it accordingly. Saved $30. They will price match in store to their website.
Great experience and will be back for everything needed in the future.

This store rocks!!! Hannah and the two gentlemen who helped me on Saturday were incredible!!! Hannah was extremely professional and very knowledgeable—she even installed my pin lock attachment to my new helmet face cover. The level of customer service was outstanding. It’s refreshing to experience such high level of customer service these days. The store is beautiful, clean, and they have a ton of inventory to pick from. I’ll be back for sure. This is my new favorite cycle store. Thank you for making my first time experience at your store and incredible one!!!!!

Great selection of women's gear in store which is hard to find. This also meant the product I was looking for in my size that showed in stock on their website was out of stock by the time I got there. The staff were very attrntative, helpful with questions and even offered to order what I wanted and have it shipped to the store since I was between 2 items. That way I could return the 2nd without issue. This location is large, clean, and well staffed. A bit out of the way but I would rather travel here.

Staff very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Location is well organized and impressively laid out. Felt much better about leathers purchase after getting some advice on fitment.

First time visiting this store. They had a large selection of riding gear. Went for bike night, there was a large turnout. Everything was fairly priced & they even offered military, veteran, and police discount.

The two gentlemen who helped me today were so very kind and patient. I appreciate them both so much! This will be my new “go -to” spot.
